Amazon India — refund delay deliberately | |||||
Hi, I had a been delivered a duplicate-defective Microsoft Xbox 360 console (product) bought on 24/1/2018 on Amazon worth 14999, returned on 2/22018. I had requested refund through account transfer all details were shared on 31/1/2018 itself. Despite that a cheque drawn on Deutsche Bank with limited at par banking branches (less than 10, not payable at my city) was issued. Almost daily calls for refund to account are getting bizzare responses through Customer Service and Mails, as also Twitter social media team. Excuses like its with billing department, its with bank, you had issues with cheque... cancelled cheque picture hasn't been sent etc etc. Receivable time is pushed back week by week. Delays and more delays..for a refund issued deliberately through cheque, is now purportedly delayed in banking processes..and Amazon has no idea!!! Amazing fooling people through Amazon guarantee from The Most Customer Centric Company. Was this information helpful? | |||||
