Amazon India — refund/ delivery issues

I am nagaraj, on 25/8/19 couple of jio recharge (Of 99rs, 69 debited from axis as i used 30rs amzon pay balance) attempts were failed, my axis account debited twice & only one of them has been refunded.
When i contacted amazon regarding this, they confirmed me that the other pending refund amount will be refunded by evening but i didn't get my refund amount.

Today the delivery boy is claiming that only one of the item has been paid, the other one is cod product (Though both the items have been paid through my axis debit)
We got only 1 product, he refused to deliver the other product as he was demanding to pay for that.
