[Resolved] Amazon India — Refund didn't get | |||
I purchased samsung Galaxy on5 pro from amazon.in. it is returned and refund of 5329 rupees is initiated in 21st dec 2016. But i didn't get my refund in my pnb account number [protected]. So they gave me a reference number 75260826357010769435010 for refund transaction and said file charge dispute as "refund never processed ". When i contacted pnb customer care service they said there is nothing like 'file dispute' and said to contact to branch. At branch same excuse is found. Don't make fool. Here i am watching all refund complaints is related to amazon. It shows how are honest about your customers. same here they have done same with me ... rs 8998 .. I m moving consumer court against amazon . if you wish you can accompany me,

Can you guide me if I want to go for consumer court because from three months I'm following up customer service of Amazon for my refund money but they are sitting like robots they don't have abilities to listen and help customers.
