Amazon India — Refund for excess amount

Updated by Mamta_shetty66 I've updated all the attachment wherein HDFC say the Merchant EMI of Rs .44980 at AMAZON SELLER SERVICES, MUMBAI that HDFC have received the amount of Rs22490.00 on 08/12/2016 as refund and there is no other refund.

If you check all the attachment only 1 attachment shows as Refund total 44980/-, however all the other attachment only shows Refund issued but no complete details.

I've wrote multiple emails to Bank also which clearly confirm there is only 1 refund even after raising the dispute for 4498/-.

Even My credit card statement for the month of Jan 217 shows only 1 refund of Rs. 22490/- made on 8 Dec 2016 and there is no other refund. Please check my CC stament for the month of Dec 2016 & Jan 2017.

Please help me by resolving this issue as fast as possible as again on 24 Jan I've to make payment of my card. This is really making me mentally frustrated and very disappointing of losing my own money and that again I've pay extra.
