Amazon India — Refund not credited in my amazon pay balance of 1999 | |
I have bought a pair of shoes from amazon.in but they have cancelled my order. As I have already paid a amount of ₹1999 for the shoes they have to refund me the amount but they have not refunded me any amount of money. Instead they are just saying that you have to wait for 24-48 hours every time I contact them but eventually after that also they do nothing. I have placed the order on 9th of june and it was cancelled on 11 th of june . Since today is 2nd of July and it's almost a month I haven't got my money Was this information helpful? | |

I have not received my order even after the expected delivery time. I had got message it is out for delivery but the delivery agent has switchd off his mobile..no updates from him till now.
