Amazon India — Refund not initiated as per policy | |||||
Hi Amazon has not initiated a refund despite calling 8 times with customer care and initiating a mail and chatting twice with customer rep. Initially they told it will be refund in a couple of hoyrs then they changed statement like it will take 24 hours, after 24 hous when the refund was not initiated. when called again they told to wait another 04 business days to initiate the refund. the 08 times i called the customer service, all have different solutions and answers for my queries. They have send me a mail stating that the refund has initiated but i cannot find the balance in the amazon pay balance.
