[Resolved] Amazon India — Refund not issued even after 12 days | |||||
I have ordered oneplus3T on 22 January 2017. The payment is made for this order through the SBI debit card. As this order was cancelled on 27 January 2017. The Refund should be reflected on my account within 3-5 business day. I have a conversation with the Amazon customer care. They provide some 6-digit Refund Reference Number and said asked our bank representative regarding this issue. I have also visited the bank branch, they said we can't track transition with the Refund Reference Number.
