Amazon India — Refund not made till date | |||||
I had booked a Samsung galaxy j7 prime mobile on 24.03.2017 after full payment through credit card . But till 07.04.2017 I didn't get the product. After contacting so many times to your customer care from my side, there were only fake commitments from your end for delivery. So, I requested to refund the total amount on 07.04.2017 on priority. Still now I haven't got any refund or confirmation from your end. I have never seen such a worst customer service like this before. Requesting you to process the refund as soon as possible and confirm the same on priority.
