Amazon India — Refund not received delayed payment transaction | |
I had ordered Hawkins pressure cooker from Amazon order number[protected] and paid through Paytm. The transaction was pending for a while and was successful. But Amazon cancelled the order and has not refunded the money. Everytime I contact their customer care, they say its the bank’s issue and we have not received the payment. But according to Paytm customer care the amount was successfully credited to merchant’s Axis Bank account with reference number[protected]. So Amazon please credit my refund at the earliest. Do not ask me to contact my bank for this issue as the payment was successful from my end. You contact the bank and get my refund credited. Was this information helpful? | |
