Amazon India — refund processed but not credited in my bank account. | |
My name is ashish suna and i had ordered "oneplus bullets wireless z in-ear bluetooth earphones" of ₹1999 in amazon on 2nd august 2020 where my mode of payment was amazon pay upi. Out of ₹1999, ₹1941 was debited from my bank account and rest ₹58 paid using my amazon pay balance. On 3rd august, 2020 i cancelled this order due to personal reason. On 4th august, 2020 amazon initiated the refund process and i received ₹58 back in my amazon pay balance but i still didn't get the money ₹1941 that is debited from my bank account. Amazon sent this refund reference number (Rrn): [protected] and told me to contact sbi customer care and provide them the refund reference number (Rrn) in case the amount is not credited back to my bank account. Sbi customer care requested me to visit my home branch and to provide the rrn to the officials out there. But when i visited my home branch they said they don't track refund process using rrn. So Please kindly respond to this complaint it's very urgent and please solve it.
