Amazon India — samsung galaxy s10e | |||
I have ordered samsung galaxy s10 e from amazon in 1st march with order id[protected] as a birthday gift. The delivery date was between 8-11th march. The status till 11th was showing that will be delivered by 11 march. But in 11th when i enquired about the status from customer care they told that it will be delayed by 16th. Today only i got update that delivery date is again changed to 18th. I mean what kind of service is this. What is the point of pre ordering it when i am not going to get it on time. As i already mentioned that this was a birthday gift anyway the surprise is ruined and now the delay has made me think that i have made a mistake by ordering it from amazon. I have ordered 4-5 phones from flipkart and none of them caused so much inconvenience than this. The people who have ordered from flipkart have already got their phone. I am highly disappointed by the service of amazon. And i am surely not going to continue purchase from your company. All the excitement of the gift is ruined. I am not even feeling like using the phone now. Amazon surely have lost a customer. Not that it will matter to them considering the kind of service i am seeing they are offering.
