Amazon India — shipping totally different product than ordered. order #[protected]

I had placed an order Order #[protected] for Lenovo T480 laptop
What I ordered was Lenovo T480 with 8250 processor, instead what I received was Lenovo Yoga 510 with i3-6006u processor.

I had sent all the photos of the product that was received to support my claim about the wrong product shipped.
I was informed by Amazon that an investigation would be launched into this matter and the product would be returned.

Since I am the complaining party, its natural for me to assume that if there is an investigation, even I have to be informed of the status of the investigation as I had complained about the wrong product shipped.
Also there were many observations like the product was i3-6006U with just 4 GB ram and internal graphics, but there were stickers on the laptop to pass it off as an Intel i5 processor and having AMD Graphics. These pictures were also passed to Amazon.

Now my complaint was how is it that when an order was given for T480, how exactly do I get shipped a an older, lower model like Yoga 510? Also what were the stickers for i5 and AMD Graphics doing as neither was the laptop an i5 and nor was there any AMD graphics, so surely there was a deliberate attempt to pass it off as a higher end model so that the customer feels happy at getting a better configuration and would be quiet about it, but in reality, those are only stickers to fool the customer, the real product is lower end cheap model.
Now having complained about it, Amazon told me there would be an investigation. The investigation was perhaps a bigger farce. Someone called me from Amazon, and had no clue about the problem. It was surprising when the Amazon staff conducting the investigation is not even aware that the product was already picked up for return.
After about 12 hours from this incident, I connected with amazon to know the status of investigation because even I was curious how exactly was I shipped a Yoga 510 instead of T480. Even the outer carton of the laptop screams Yoga 510, who can be this dumb? Or perhaps they did try an attempt to cheat?

I connected with person called Arin, D. of Amazon service, She informed me that since the product was returned and money refunded, so I have no right to know about the investigation. This is one of the hilarious thing to know. I am the party thats has reported the matter of cheating, and I dont have the right to know who is the guilty party? When the product was apparently picked from seller, it was first shipped to Amazons Sonepat facility (tracking) and then it was sent to Bhiwandi. So my guess is that someone at Amazon facility tampered with it and changed the product? Surely I can see this a possibility.

Now I see this matter as ATTEMPT TO CHEAT. And surely on that basis I have the right to know what they did with their "investigation" maybe they are covering up one of their comrades. I think that if I do not get a suitable answer then I should take the matter with the police as surely this becomes an "attempt to cheat"

This is the second time that Amazon has done an "investigation" the first time it was when the shipped to me a fake Sennheiser earphones and they had clained that "our products are genuine"

Also I would like to say that I am very disappointed with the attitude of your Staff Arin D, who I just chatted online. Rather that explain to me what the issue was, she simply disconnected the line. Amazon is not only an online platform but a service, and if this is kind of service they offer, then perhaps amazon best hire new staff.
