Amazon India — tried to deliver a wrong product and amount is not refunded | |||||
I ordered a refrigerator in amazon.in on sep 21 2017. On sep 24 2017 they try to deliver wrong product (Some siemens product) via blue-dart courier. So, i sent back that to the guy who came for delivery. In amazon it was updated a undeliverables, i called customer care on the same day and reported this, they said once the product reaches seller, they will process the refund. Its been already 15 days and i have called customer care multiple times, still it didn't helped. Those customer care executives used to say some reason and they drag the dates. I am afraid that my amount will be refunded back or not. Actually it was a mistake from amazon and they are holding my money for 15 days for their fault. I am feeling like amazon cheated me and i am frustrated with this experience.
