Amazon India — Urgent : Account on Hold

My account was put on hold my amazon accounts team 2 weeks back. The email read '

Thank you for contacting Amazon Compliance. We have closed your account because of a policy Amazon has to comply with sanctions and export control regulations. "Jasmeet Singh" is listed as one of the registered account holders of this account.

In order to review your account for reinstatement, please follow this link https://rfi.amazon.com/business/amazon to upload the following for "Jasmeet Singh":

* Complete residential address.
* A copy of an unexpired passport or other government-issued identification (for example, driver’s license).
* Proof of address, such as a recent utility bill (if the address on the passport or government-issued identification is not current).

Though I filled up the details 2 weeks back, I have not received any response. I have further tried calling their customer support centre around 6-7 times without any positive response with the common excuse that account related details are not readily available to them. After their insistence, I mailed similar requests to the following email : [protected]@amazon.in ; [protected]@amazon.in ; with no response. I am helpless in this situation and forwarding my complaint to the consumer forum for a refund of my prime membership from Amazon.
