Amazon India — Wrong item received, not ready to return

Have ordered Redmi note 3 phone from amazon.in on 20th aug.

On 24th aug received a wrong item, a old box of samsung phone and a dead micromax phone inside.

Immediately have escalated this to customer care and they told pickup boy come to take it... since then im chasing the amazon customer team to get this BS return.

End numberd of calls, emails but unable to get positive response.


Anyone please suggest the legal way,

I doubt they will refund my 12000.
