Amazon India — Wrong product delivered and harassment | |||
This is harrassment of the worst nature. My amazon account name vijay panwar, tel no - [protected] and email [protected]@gmail.com. I had ordered ipad pro wi fi + 3g 128 gb rose gold. The delivery was to be made by 13th nov 11 am, but it got delivered on the 14th even after taking the prime service. When i got my ipad it was the wrong model. I had ordered wifi plus 3g but they gave me only wi fi model. I have been made to talk to kailash, sreesha, ritvik. All have been so dissapointing and this is taking a toll on my health. I have had serious financial loss due to this as i even had to travel but i had to cancel all my plans. Now amazon after delivering the wrong ipad says the pick up will be done tomorrow and then the model will be delivered but no time guarantee. My health and financial losses due to this has been so much that i will be left with no option but to either finally file an fir and go to consumer court, times of india and all media houses Order no :[protected] I am so dissapointed that my blood pressure is going high. I might have to take medical support because of the trouble you guys have caused me. Let me see if you do something abt it or let someone die due to your service Was this information helpful? | |||
