Amazon — No refund has been given for the failed transaction | |||||
Payment was not refunded for the transaction done on may 23rd 2017 12:37pm at amazon sale for redmi 4, the transaction entity reference number is 3j20ut33ub5wts6j44 and bank reference number is [protected]. The kotak bank complaint number sr#:1-[protected] where they have reply in the mail, that amount had been tranfer to amazon. The case was first registered with amazon india with complaint number — amazon.in order #[protected]. As per amazon customer care they are saying no payment had recevied for the above transaction and tod me to open charge dispute case with bank. The bank says that amount has transferred and amazon says they don't received any payment. If such then where is my payment gone? The mail communication to both the amazon and kotak bank is there with me. I am waiting for the refund from amazon. Was this information helpful? | |||||
