I have order an item 1 of New Original genuine 6 cell L09L6Y02 Battery For LENOVO IdeaPad G460 G465 G470 G475 G560 G565 G570 G575 G770 G780 V360 V370 V470 V570 Z370 Z460 Z465 Z on 17th July 2014. But still i didnt received my order item. For your reference i have attached order details as pdf. I have conducted through customer care they have replied mail as follows as below mentioned.
