[Resolved]  Amazon Prime Video — refund of subscription amount

I have received one message from amazon prime video (Message from[protected] saying that my membership has been auto renewed and has been charged for one year prime membership.
[ message dated 2/5/2020 at 3.55pm]
And an amount of rs. 999/- has been debited from my bank account without my consent. One message from bank says to call 18002662 or to send sms to block my bank a/c to [protected] but in vain.
In fact the amazon prime video web channel was offered for one month free and i was told that it would be converted in paid channel with confirmation o[censored]ser and they had collected information of my bank account.

As i am not interested in amazon prime video membership the amount rs. 999/- may please be credited in my bank account

Company neither contacted me on mobile nor sent email.However I realized and remembered that there I was committing a mistake to lodge complaint because I had given consent to subscribe and auto renewal of consignment and hence therefore I do withdraw my complaint. By accessing website and my account signing in I also found the receipt of the amount which was debited from my Bank Account. Here my suggestion to all those asking for refund etc.please recheck your consignment before proceeding of doing any legal actions. Thanks to consumer complaint forum for such a quick response.

As I am not interested in Amazon Prime video membership the amount Rs. 999/- may please be refuded and be credited in my bank account
