Amazon — Purchase of dish tv with installation | |||||
I have purchase of dish tv with installation in 25th april 2016. i paid rs. 1079/- for that purchase.. the company did not install the dish t. v. after many request. my refund request was[protected]. I requested to the company to refund my money from last 03 month. the company did not refund the amount till date. Now the company says that it cannot give more information about this matter, and company may not reply to further emails about this claim. The amazon company is a very reputed company in the e-business but now this is the nature of fraudulent of this company. I never recommended to purchase from this company. I purchased two speakers of harmon and kardon from amazon for Rs.13500 and Rs.20000 but i received same speakers. even the mrp of 20000 was 18999.00

I have send the mail on your desired mail id. The detail is as under:-
I have purchased Dish TV with installation from your site and pay Rs.1079/- for that as on dated 25.04.2016 against Order[protected].
I have many request from last 03 month to install the Dish TV but did not so till date. I am very unhappy to purchase the Dish TV from your site. If we purchase direct from local distributor this problem was not create. I also write /spoken to your customer care many times but did not listen to me.
I received your accountant mail dated 29.07.2016. I am very heart to received this type of your mail.
Now you are requested to refund Rs. 1079/- with interest as earliest to my bank account.
I also not received Rs. 150/- in my bank account till date on account of expenditure to return your damage product for another order related to 27 watt CFL.

Regarding the purchase of Dish TV with installation, we are always clear and sure that we have communicated you in very clear terms in all our earlier communications from the very beginning . Now as a customer, we need urgent solution to our problem which is very sensitive.
We are just waiting for the decision at your level on our matter (no doubt in the mean time the purchase of Dish TV from Amazon is completely ineffective for our family which caused complete displeasure among our family members).
As you required the invoice copy etc. that has also been send to you 02 days ago.
Please do the needful on urgent basis because you have already taken three month in this matter.
