Amazon — refund not reflected by bank

My name is Vicky Bhaskar and I had ordered puma unisex adult axis plus 90s black sneakers of RS.2249 Amount order no[protected] in Amazon on 19 September 2019 and after 20 September I returned this order because I have received missing item. And on 9 October
Amazon initiated the amount to my account but I still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number[protected]
and told me to fill charge dispute form but Indian Bank doesn't have such policy. So
please kindly respond to this complaint it's very urgent. My card number is [protected]
