I bought ambrane-acm-1-1m-1-m-micro-usb-cable on 8/08/2020 from flipkart and it got delivered to me on 10/08/2020 since yesterday 31/08/2020 this cable is not working properly and not charging my device properly. I tried to contact ambrane customer care but they gave me a number of my nearest ambrane service center so, i tried to contact that number as well but it says incoming on this number is blocked.
My product is in warranty and i want to get it replaced as soon as possible.

Ambrane team kindly look into this matter soon.

    I was purchased this earphone from more hyper 0n dated[protected] but product was not run successfully and reported sound issue so iwas given at there service center for repair or exchange product but service center officer said that product is not repairable so it has to be change but same product not available in service center so you can collect this after few days but come after confirmation given mobile number on job sheet after that...

    Sir, i purchased a power bank of ambrane (Model no-p-1122) of 10000 mah[protected] fro flipcart. The product is not working since 1 week.
    Problem is not charging mobile phone after connected to mobile phone, even the indicating lights also are not working, the 3 of both usb ports are not working.
    Plz solve this problem,

      ambrane power bank unserviceable within warranty period

      Sir, i purchased a power bank of your company of 10000 mah in the month of oct 19. The product is us after to three month.
      Problem is not charging mobile phone after connected to mobile phone it's automatically switch off after 2-3 second. When putting on charge it showed charging full.

      July22, 2019 i bought a ambrane power bank from flipkart.. Recently it stop working, stil i have 1year warrenty claim... I had contact with customer care of ambrance india.. But they didnot provide me any service.. Such as door to door replecment.. I called their service center but they did not respond my call. I want replecment of my product or they can provide me the amount of money when i purchased it,, plz do some proper action against them..

      As you are aware, the World Health Organization has declared the Novel Coronavirus (Covid-19) as a pandemic.

      And with the announcement of extension of nationwide lockdown by the Central Govt of India till 31st May'20, service centre has not resumed their services yet.

      We request you to cooperate with us in this tough situation & contact the respective service centre (given on mail) after Lockdown.

      We will consider your complaint in warranty only after Lockdown also (except for any physical / liquid damage o r tempered case).

        Sir i bought an ambrane 20000 mah power bank (Pp_20) from an authorized reseller and have been using it since october 2019 but since april it has not been working and refuses to turn on. Kindly need help in replacing or repairing the product. I had huge hopes on ambrane as a company and had infact recommended it to many of my peers, i believe that your company will keep it's assurance in replacing the product even if it means after the current restrictions are lifted. Thank you for your help.

          I bought an ambrane pp[protected] mah power bank from snapdeal on 17th feb 2020, now as soon as i try to charge my phone with the power bank, it blinks once & then goes off in an instance, & doesn't charge my phone either. The problem began 20 days ago when i tried to charge my device while outdoor & kept it in bag, later when i checked the percentage it was lower than before & the power bank wasn't charging the phone. I tried changing the usb but the same problem still appeared & now i want my power bank to be replaced as soon as possible.

            ambrane power bank is not working properly after repairing

            I have purchased ambrane power bank 10k model no. Pp-111-on 03 oct 2019. After using 4 month, it's charging capacity become very poor.
            Now it can charge hardy one time of 4k. Battery after full charge.
            I contacted with service center, they told me it takes 45-50 day for repairing, bcz it repairs only in delhi.
            After approx 40 days i got my power bank back but i was shocked bcz ther was no improvement in it charging capacity,...

            service center is asking for money for a valid in warranty product

            I have buyed a power bank from flipkart and it became dead after 2 months of good working and when i went to the service center they told me that you have to pay 600 for te restoration process but why should i pay for the issue the powerbank automatically became dead one day so is this my fault or the electronics.

            ambrane bt-25 portable speakers battery is not working with out plug in.

            Ambrane BT-25 portable speaker's battery is not working without plugin. Once I plug it out, it immediately turns off. Initially, the speaker was working was good. The battery back up was about 4 hours. But, now it seems that as if there is no battery inside the speaker. The battery is not at all changing. It's in the warranty period. After six months, the battery got damaged. It's been more than two months. I want to get the problem resolved...

            Hello i brought ambrane 10000 mah power bank (P-1122, na) from flipkart even after full charging of powerbank it is discharging very quickly like after full charging it discharges in 30-40min and thus only do 25-40% charging which is very performance as i brought 10000mah powerbank it doesnot even charge my phone once.
            Kindly replace it or take it return and refund me.

              I bought power bank pp-11 10000mah battery in amazon on october 2019. It's stop charging within a month of purchase i given service it took almost 3weeks for service done. Now after service i used oly couple of times, again powebank is not getting charge. I hardly used 5 to 6 times from the purchase date with 1 service. I don't have a satisfaction on this product anymore, need a replacement.
