I ordered around 4 months back; 2 get relief hot knee belt (pair of 2 in each) (paid in advance for the order), but received only one belt that too without full pair.. (one part of pair was received).. n order status showing order delivered.. I've tried calling Anand customer care helplines, they didnt responded to calls.. further tried mailing to them, still got no response from them..
Don't ever purchase through this fake website..

Purchased sweat slim belt. My order number is 3975622. And it is totally waste. Fake advertisement. Belt is not as it shown on tv. It got rashes and etching while using. Nothing changes done in my tummy fat. No heat no sweat all misleading. I will never ever recommend to any body. Stop fulling to people. I want my money refund. Looting people required strict action against them.

I have ordered pen black dynamo while order no[protected]as on dated 05/11/2015 from anand india transaction i'd:-1516506 through their online portal. Which i have checked at home was found not working properly, therefore l complaint to customer care. I raised a request for return of this defective product. But they advised to me we will repair it. I personally went to their office at mira road (E) mumbai:-401107 twicely and submitted the pen black dynamo tomr. Satyapal singh on dated26/04/2017. After requesting time to time about said pen black dynamo they didn' t satisfy reply me. Today 13/12/2017 try to inquire about my pen black dynamo from c. C. [protected] she told me yuo are not our customer and your mobile no: [protected] not registered with us. After that i asked about office address and contact no of your senior, but she denied and behaviour is not good. Then i found mrs sujata patil, director of this company mob no:-[protected]. I try to contact the said mobil no is switch off from 15 hrs - 18 hrs. I want strict action against staff and directors, who were try to cheat online, and not given any response. And false advertise on t. V. Channels. Please refund money along with interest and harrasment to me with in two years, 50, 000/- rupees as compansatiotion.

I received a 16gb swwms, order id 3653943 and spcod for rs 2489, on date of booking 13th aug 2017. But sry to say that this is not satisfactory. Because it is sometimes make correct time and sometimes stop suddenly. So it is not function properly. So i request to pls addressed me to exchange it or addressed me ur care center where i can repair it. If not, i will book a consumer case against company to recover my cash.

Sir i have crop loan in your bank [protected] loan value is 95000 and i paid 5400rs interest but in 2016 i paid 2752 rs interest so why tjis deference and i m not satisfied from your branch manager reaction so reply me i hope you salve my problem already i complain in bank main branch your manager not give me right answer and i also do complain for him

Dear sir/mam i received two product on sunday on monday i complain that sensa light touch hair order no-3875979 charger pin slot damaged but no feed back from ur side, and also 2nd product wrist watch in this no video recorded work plz change my both product as soon as possible

This is to inform you that the product i order can't be cancelled. As the same product selling in ebay.in, is about rupees 380 only. Where as you are over charging the customers around india, and others country i have taken screen shot of our products and ebay in selling screen shot to prove it. Will upload it in youtube so that others customers or buyers will be known the truth of cheating and over charging the products, as before i though the products you are selling is reasonable but while browsing i came across ebay.in so just checked it the result is was unthinkable. So please cancel my order now before it delivers to me.

I had purchased lot of product from various companies but my experience with anand india is very bad on continous two occasions. Recently i have purchased solar led lantern, first they forgot to deliver the product, secondly two months delay, third product broken, fourth it's not functional, fifth no manual along with product and last product seems to be in old condition. I want strict action against these companies

I have purchased an spy camera wrist watch in online at anand india i got the parcel after 6 or 7days after opening the seal the watch was not working how to operate and start the device we can't understand and after we know that it was not working. Such an # company is anand india is and iwant to put a case to this company or else return money to me or else replace the watch or i[censored] don't do these things i will kept a case on this company

I have purchased a spy watch from this company. But never they told me that the product is chines, hence after getting the product i came to know that the product is chines. I am sorry to accept this watch.

After contacting there call center, they are not ready to refund my money. Every time they told that we can't refund the amount, you have to purchase something from us against the amount.

I had purchased "get relief hot belt" from anand india, and received on 17.9.2017, order no-3761775. After trying out the product is very un-comfortable and thus want to return the same.

There is no response from company after several calls on customer care.

I ordered small cooler but when i opened the parcel then i realized that the cooler was not working properly and the goggles which was with that was broken. My registered mobile no. Is [protected]. So now i want my money back because its really a ####### product and i want you to reply me asap otherwise i will surely put my feedback on all social web sites as well as i also complaint about your company in consumer FORUM.

This watch has no 16 gb, only 3.7 gb ability in the watch but you were promised 16 gb.

Secondly you promise the wrist watch can making video, recording and take photo but many time i trying for it facility but can not get that facility. However i think your product is default so kindly take necessary step to make good my loss.

I have ordered nano fan air from anand indiaconditioner cooler with order id 3597746 worth rs. 1198/- with delivery charges.. I have paid rs. 1198 to delivery boy. When i have opened the seal of the courier.. I was shocked to see the product. It was looking like a kid's toy and not working.. The product is not worthable for atleast 10 percent of the amount also. I need refund of my amount.. I was searching in their site., but nowhere returns and refund of the product is mentioned. And i am calling to their customer care number also, they are not lifting. Please do the needful

I have ordered nano fan air conditioner cooler from anand india on 21 june 2017 having order id[protected] through their online portal. Which when i checked at home was defective and non working. I raised a request for return of this defective product and then i came to know that i have to return the product on my own expenses and along with that they will deduct 25% amount in case of return money and otherwise i want to purchase any other item from there website, which i don't want to purchase again. After long arguments and saying that i can go legal against their company they agreed on 100% payment return but still the defective product return is my duty on there warehouse address. I did the same and return their defective product to the given address now again it's been more than 2 week we did not receive any acknowledgement from the company whether they received the product or not. When we called them today for the same they are asking the tracking id from us which i don't know why they can't directly check with their warehouse people. Also, for imps / neft transaction to return our money they required 15 days which again doesn't make any sense.
I need information that is there any way i can go legally against this fraud e-commerce organization and their fraud hidden policies, which can save other innocent customers to trap in this fraud e-commerce organization.

I ordered and delivered a watch worth rs 499 and shipping charge rs 199 total 698 i. E handed to the delivery boy and after that i open that seal and looking to the watch that is not working and also at the back of the watch the seal provided are step up that cannot put in proper seal so i want to return that watch the quality of watch is also third class. A smart watch 5 in 1 was bought by me. Which was delivered to me 17/18 i. E couple of days before. Then onward i have been calling customer care for various inquiries but no one is able to guide properly. Ultimately i decided to return the product and ask for refund. Hence i mailed my need. That too without any response. There fore i request my watch may be taken back and amount may be refunded to me immediately.

Your product bike umbrella we have got is not same as picture in your online site..

The product we have got has no side covers, but it is in the picture in your online site..

We have also got 2 rades with the product.. They have no use with our product..

All the pictures of the product in your online site have side coversi should need the bike umbrella as same as the picture (With side covers)

Kindly attached photos dispatched product and required product..
