As per ad. I am supposed get free memory card and card reader along with the camera, where as have not recd these two items.

Spoke to customer care and the gentleman asking me to prove, to my surprise he does not understand what tf card is and says i should send him the proof of ad.

Such type of misleading ads should not be encouraged and innocent people like us will fall for these ads. And loose our money.
Please take up the matter with the concerned and arrange for settlement.

The above item received on 27.06.2017 paying cash of rs.799/- towards cost and rs.199/- shipping charges.
The product is not worthy of the cost paid. It is just like a kids' toy.
There are 3 modes to control the speed-low, medium and high. High mode is not working. When switched on sound is not smooth and disturbing. Its cost is exorbitant when compared in amazon and flip cart.

I have recived in 2 month ago offer price 998 wirless head phone. But not charging. Return to company address. Next not sutable charging cable i will recived. Then am return to company address all propertice send in post. And watsup num all pic and details send. Next time very local cheep rate 400 rupes head set sending. This is a foolish in company. I purchased online the Wrist Watch with Spy camera from Anandindia.com on cash on delivery basis. After receiving the watch, I noticed it had broken chain.

I informed Anandindia customer care. They sent me their return address after 15 days the day I was travelling out of India. Even I did not use or operate the watch since I had plan to return it back to them due to broken chain. Unfortunately, I was not able to send back the watch due to my travel.

Currently, I am out of India and tried to operate the camera of watch, I am not able to record any videos or voice recording.

Kindly advise the solution or advise me through email how to make video recording and voice recording in this watch.

I have ordered sweat slim belt order number 3241667 booked on[protected] by seeing an advertisment on tv through given no on tv ie [protected]. The product is not of the quality that they are advertising on tv. When the order was placed through this number the executive that was answering my phone and after receiving the product we tried reaching them reagarding the quality complaint. They told us they will get back to us but its been 15days now no revert from company end.

Product quality is not worth the money. Pwe ask them to refund our money so they told us they dont have pickup facility and if we want to exchange the product we have to courier it to them. What if i dont het yhe return?

I want to refund of my money asap.

I purchased online a trial pack of Noni Black Hair Shampoo after speaking to the customer care person of the company with the assurance that the product is 100% herbal and can be returned if there is any problem after using it. This product as claimed is not herbal and contains chemicals. On using one sachet of the Shampoo as a test dose I developed itching & burning on the scalp with redness in my eyes & headache. Now on contacting the company refuses to refund my money. I paid ₹799 for a trial pack of 6 sachets. My transactions ID is 3250928.

But I hav been delivered second hand brush in which some nosails r missing n hairs hav been found on that brush

I ordered(order no;3211255) for slim sweat belt on 16th march from hyderabad by confirming that i need 4 xl size and i need delivery within a week as i was travelling abroad
until 22nd march order didnt came and i cald anand india to cancel order the costumer care promised u will receive till evening
i got a call from anand india delivery team and he brought the belt i asked him is the size correct he said yes i said him until n unless i open n see i wont pay u when i opened it was wrong size as expected.
Then delivery boy cald his manager named kiran and he talked to me that we will surely deliver u next day afternoon i contacted them next day until i was leaving for airport they just gave me reasons made me fool and i left abroad
then on 24th they delivered to my home my brother was not aware about this he paid and took the order by mistake
when my brother cald n informed me he picked the order i told him to return when he cald delivery boy he said call anand india then anand india agreed to refund in two days and they didnt refund .
when again i cald them today 28th march they gave new stupid reason as product cant be refunded
useless service /making fool to costumers
very disappointed i left abroad and now belt is of no use in my home
never pay until u open n see order

Anand India https://www.anandindia.in/ is selling fake Noni product called Be Herb. We paid 1500 and ordered on telephone. It doesnt turn hair black. Earlier we ordered Noni and got right product. Now they sending fake products and cheating people. The owner should be behind bars.

I called customer care on 26-march-2017. they said they dont have any record in our name. Liers!!

I m not satisfied the service provided by customer care. I want to replace the above product which i brought. When i want to speak customer care people, customer care no has been busy and sometimes those nos are not able to connect in my register no. I m very frustrated their after post sale service. It is very poor service. Pls get back to me.

I placed the order for sweat slim belt on 27 oct 2016 and delivered in a week . After recived the product it used hardly 2 to 3 times it got teared at various places . I complaint for it and replaces the product. After i got it again teraed at various places on first use it..the product give no result as claimed in the adv. I reuest you to please exchange the teared product with new one.

Shocking I paid online on 25/11/16 n after almost a month u r sanding product with demand COD MY GOD This company is Fraud😳.the no. [protected] I spoke on this number two three time after 2 -3 days of payment but now this man doesn't pick phone even I messaged on Whtsapp on same number he is reading but not replying I m shocked 😳 really wht to do now.

It has been a ridiculous experience with this company. I received the mosquito net after paying ₹200 delivery charges. There was damage in the product and I called their customer care who speak very little English to my horror for me to understand the way that they have guided me. I was asked to send a photo of the damaged product on WhatsApp post which I was again asked to contact their customer care. The most horrible part was,
I was asked to courier the product back to them for which I bear the charges plus no refund but only an exchange. I tried my best to make the customer service understand that my bed is 6x6 and your product does not fit it.

Horrible to the core. Don't get trapped by buying anything from this company, its a big headache.

I have ordered 5 in 1 Smart wrist watch Mobile on 29th of October. They sent me product but they sent me a defective piece. I had ordered for shampoo, but instead of that I received a camera. And I have paid the full amout i.e. 1700/- the shampoos cost. This is four days back. I have been calling them constantly but they havent bothered to call back once also and neither have I received my shampoo. Whenever I call I am always given a reply that our senior person will contact you but till date nobody has bothered to call from your side.

I have a feeling that there is no senior person from your side and you are just taking us for a ride. If this is at mira road then why r they having the problem to send me the same immediately.

I have a feeling that the company is bogus and no system or management.

I would like to be informed if you are going to replace the same and if so with in how many days.

Slim sweat bldt i am exchange three time every blet was broke after 5 to 8 days. And after that they not easly exchange i m purchase blet in march and not write they provided the proper service they promise send us wrong product we are replace with courier chagers but now they are not ready to do that
