I had placed an order on website www.Anandindia.in for Noni Black Hair Shampoo pack of 20 after making full payment of Rs.1490/= by my credit card on 5th Sept.2015. Company sent me an SMS stating that the item will be delivered by ECOM Prepaid. However when courier brought the item a week back he asked for the money before delivery.

Slim sweat belt

The size is very small. I complained about this to the customer care no. but they said i have to courier it to some address but i didn't receive the address to courier it. But now i request you to please exchange this slim sweat belt with some of your other products if possible. Please look into the matter as soon as possible.

    I purchased 32 GB Dynamo Spy Pen Camera from you after seeing it Anand India site. These are the details mentioned in my bill Transaction ID : 1605541 Order no. :[protected] It is mentioned on the refund policy page of their site that and I Quote “Refund option for you: If Customer is not satisfied with our product, just give us a call and ask for the replacement of the product. We will give him/her a credit note (we will give extra 5% on the purchase amount for his/her next purchase) Through courier after receiving the parcel and customer will also get a call from ANAND INDIA that we have received your parcel. Return: If Customer is not agree with our credit note. We will return 75% to them and 25% will be deducted from the purchase amount.” Details of the deficiency in the product The paint coating from its tip is chipped away but even bigger issue is the camera quality, which was so poor that you could hardly see a thing in the recorded video. The pen is useless as it fails to do the only thing it is supposed to do, that is make good quality video. So it is useless for making videos or doing sting operations. I called their customer care on the same day but they refused to refund the money stating that it is non refundable. When I told them that it is mentioned on their site's refund policy page. They said that only some product are eligible for refund and this product is not eligible for it. But it is not mentioned on either their site's refund policy page or the product page of this pen. How am I supposed to know that, if it isn't mentioned on their own site? After arguing for some time they asked for us to message them on whatsapp, the picture and video of the pen which I did on the same day along with a comparison video made by my phone in the exact same place, lighting and condition. Next day around 3 pm they asked for the registered phone number. I message them that along with transaction ID and Order No. but got no reply. On 17 July 2015, I called again and was told by a lady from customer care to again message via whatsapp the video and picture along with details, which I did but still haven't received a word from your side. Since then I have tried calling the customer care several times but the line is always busy. On 18 July 2015, I sent an email with my complaint to customer care along with a copy of bill, a picture of the pen and a video recorded by the pen but haven't got a reply till now. Then I sent them a notice according to the format mentioned on consumer forum and told them that they have 15 days to settle my grievance by providing a refund of full amount with suitable interest (12%) or else I will file a complaint in the Consumer Forum as I am protected under the Consumer Protection Act of 1986. and that the consumer complaint will be at their cost and expenses, and I will seek compensation for the mental agony caused due to your deficiency in services. Its been 25 days since then and I haven't got a reply from then till now. I kindly request you to please look into the matter. Any help will be much appreciated.

    I complained here on 20 August 2015 and thanks to you I got a call few days later from Anand India customer care. They said that they will refund the money within 2-3 weeks after they get the product back. It has been 2 months since then and I have not received the refund cheque let alone the 12% interest. They have asked multiple times about my account details which were sent to them but they did nothing. Today I got a call saying that they will not refund the money and that I can purchase something else in return from them.

    Anand India pvt ltd is one of the worst company I have dealt with. It has been more than 3 1/2 months since I first complained to them on 5 July 2015 and the only time they responded after calling and emailing them multiple times over the next month or so is when I finally got fed up and finally complained in the consumer forum and even after that they have did nothing and just wasted my time. On 30 August, they replied in response to the complaint that And I quote " We assure you that your problem will be solved at the earliest." It has been exactly 2 months since then if I don't count the more than one and a half month that I spent calling and emailing them before I filed a complaint here. I don't understand how this is earliest.

    I thought that I would let the interest slide if I just received the 75% of the price paid for the product but now that have not given me that and wasted more of my time I will not settle for anything less than a refund of 1500 plus 12% interest.

    Also attached is a screenshot of the email I got from them promising a refund of 1500.

      We purchased Mini Silai Machine from Anand India company with registered number - [protected] . we have replaced this item to 3 d Bed sheets after a few days . we have paid extra money for 3 d Bed sheets . The company got the Mini Silai Machine in one week but we did not get 3 d Bed sheet from last month. we are calling from last month in company they are saying your item in Way like Goregav, gurgaon, delhi. if you have any query, you can call on [protected], [protected], [protected].

        I ordered a Nail Art kit in order to give to my sister as a birthday gift and they told me that they will deliver before the time.But on the day before Birthday when I called them they told me that they will process the item on that same day.But the day after, on my sister's birthday I they told me that their product is out of stock.How can this happen.They should have given the details of out of stock on website itself while I was placing order or should have informed me earlier.And after that almost 3 weeks have passed but I am unable to get my money back.This company should be blacklisted by the govt. of India for their frauds they are doing with the residents of India.I wish this company may suffer from a great loss so that they may understand what a customer feels when these just get their profit by eating our money and waste valuable time of a customer.I'll never ever even look back to anandIndia and also inform about the same by various resources to other people so that they may become aware and go to other trustworthy sites rather than this worthless company.

          I ordered for 3D bedsheets from Anand India. In the add they talk and show different product that looks more sensible but the actual delivered product was completely useless. It was like hand painting on a canvas paper. Anyhow, I returned the bedsheets as per Anand India's process by courier within 7 days of ordering them. Compl No. 196685, 1567344 The bedsheets were received by them on 17th May and I got a call from them on 20th May to ask for name on refund cheque. I was told that the cheque will be delivered within 1 week. I called later 4 times and they informed that their MD is travelling and since they couldnt get the cheque signed, they cannot send me. I have today - 16th June called them furious to understand that my cheque has been dispatched today itself. They have kept their own product to resell and my money with them for around a month so I asked if they will compensate me for for using my money which of course has gone unheard. I am highly upset because I had to follow-up so much on calls, email and SMS but still no revert from their end.

            On 24 Nov14 I ordered a key chain camera worth Rs 1989 from Anand India and received the product on 4 DEC 14 .But I found that it is not working .I contacted them and as per their instructions sent back the product to them.I waited for almost one month and as there was no response from their side .I contacted them again.l got the reply that they have not received the product yet.I filed a complaint with the post office and they replied with proof that the product was delieved to Anand India on 11 DEC 14.I provided Anand with all the details, so that they could track my item. But they have not done anything and has been giving me arrogant replies. I am sending you a copy of all the proofs and I request you to take necessary action to fulfill my right as a consumer.

                Dear sir, while watching on tv I booked one fry pan under transaction Id 1175337 from anand India and paid 2499/on delivery, when I open the parcel I found the product damaged and immediately file a complain with anand India vide no. 82483.while responding my complain they directed me to send the photographs of damaged part which I send them on their mail adress ([protected]@anandindia) but even after my various complaints since July 2014 they dint respond..To my various complaints while acknowledge the receipt of my email they always replying that we received your email and will get back to you ASAP regards Sumit Customer Care [protected]/36) but never Contact me.with the result i found myself cheated by this company by delivering the damaged product against my hard earning money i paid to them.                   sir, plzzz help me... i have bought a spy pen camera in 16 july and after one day of delivery... the pen stopped working... then i called customer care a hundred of times they gave me the address of mumbai to post that product to the company.. i have done that... i speed post my product to the company... sir till the date i have not received my replaced product... wat should i do sir... i am worried about it... i have ordered this pen from [protected]... this is my fathers no. my no. is [protected]... sir plzz help me... i want my replaced product...

                    I had ordered spy pen camera from Anand India Online shopping order no.279427 through Vpp they sent product on 1112112 after receiving product when I tested product I found Faulty, It is not working from the day first. then i called to customer care of the company, they are not responding now, and just talking fake that they will call back but then no call have come yet . the company is totally fake, deceiving people . After that I also bought same spy pen from Rediff Shopping at cheaper Rs 500 only but this type again cheaters. Rediff shopping biggest cheater. You just pay and forgot think you have donated to them. Now I have bought new pen from Spy Camera eBuy (www.spycameraebuy.in) which is quite good quality at reasonable price Rs 899.
