I'm from a 4-member family and three o[censored]s are account holders in andhra bank (Rajdanga kasba kolkata branch).
I'd like to raise some unnerving concerns about the management system within this branch.
My father is a senior citizen and recently went to open the fourth joint account in the aforementioned branch (Ph[protected]. He had taken necessary documents but the lady at the counter made him travel to his house 4 times (Read 4) on the very same day citing issues like 'unclear zerox / debit card needed/pan needed/originals needed). While i completely agree that opening an account has some sacrosanct protocols i do not understand why all that was needed to open the account wasn't informed to my father at the onset and he was harassed to travel too and fro over and over for four times in a span of 2 hours?
I will take this harassment, #unacceptable sarkari kormochari attitude to all possible levels not only social media but to the highest authority of andhra bank to understand why an indian citizen willing to open an account on fair ground and means needs so much of harassment?
My complaint is against the 'only' lady at the bank... Extremely impolite, rude, brash and insensitive... I do not understand how a reputed name like andhra bank has such employees!
