[Resolved]  Andhra Bank — otp not receiving to my registered mobile number

Hi,

My name is tulasamma gutti having an account no: [protected] with jandrapet, andhra pradesh branch. Recently i've registered with my mobile number [protected] and applied atm card. When i try to create new online password to login into my account using "retail self signup" option - otp not received for long time and till now my otp not yet came to my mobile number. I don't have any email id available nor registered with this account. Pls. Help me on this issue.

I want to register for online banking in andhra bank but it will say contact your branch but im not there at andhra bank branch so i want to register for online banking without contact branch

Im customer of andhra bank allagadda. I have not received otp during the aadhaar linking, though the details are correct i.e registered mobile no with the corresponding account to be linked
* I tried to link aadhaar with bank AB-TEJ after entering all the details it seems to be instructing that your aadhaar has already authenticated. I don't what does it mean?
