I want to register for online banking in andhra bank but it will say contact your branch but im not there at andhra bank branch so i want to register for online banking without contact branch

Im customer of andhra bank allagadda. I have not received otp during the aadhaar linking, though the details are correct i.e registered mobile no with the corresponding account to be linked
* I tried to link aadhaar with bank AB-TEJ after entering all the details it seems to be instructing that your aadhaar has already authenticated. I don't what does it mean?
