My name is naresh and my customer i'd is 47957109
I have done a transaction on 7th oct of rs 3500 but it is declined and i contacted customer care but they are giving a response very rashly. I'm very disappointed with that response. I request the top management to hire educated persons.
If you want to justify this please listen my call how rashly he behaved.
Please give respect to customers because we are feeding you.

    Sir, i am mrs. Ch. Vidya, account holder in andhra bank hydernagar branch with a/cno. [protected]. It is showing in my andhra bank account login "user is disabled for transaction". I entered transaction id wrongly while transferring the amount from my account. Due to this reason my account user login was kept disabled for transaction. Hence i request to put the funds transfer provision in my account through the net banking.

      Sir, i am chandaka suryateja, having an account in biccavole branch, east godavari district bearing account [protected]. I have made a payment through andhra bank debit card on 16august, 2017, at burger king restaurant in noida. Payment was unsuccessful but money debited twice after swiping the card two times. And i didn't get my money back to my account after 7 working days also.

        With a preliminary appointment i had approached the branch manager, of andhra bank, dhenkanal banch (Odisha), mr. Dhruba charan sahoo, on 26th sep’2017, at about 13.25 hrs in his chamber in connection with a fixed deposit of some amount against the account of my minor son and trying to showing him the filled up application and other documents. My minor son aditya, in whose name the account exists also present with me. Before any comments, immediately the bm shouted at me and called the security guard to vacate me from his chamber with quite aggressive and indifferent manner which compels me to leave the chamber with utter discomfort and immediately security guard obey the order of the manager by closing the room. This type o[censored]nexpected behavior of the bm not only shocked me, or customers present in the bank but also hurt the sentiment of my minor child who had visited for the first time a bank and seen the dynamic managerial behavior of a manager of nationalised bank, like andhra bank, at dhenkanal (Odisha).
        Prayer
        In the present competitive banking market scenario, i want the clarification from the appropriate authorities of andhra bank, dhenkanal, that;
        1) whether such sorts of behavior will acceptable at any level and time?
        2) what should be the duties and responsibilities of a manager with customer or to an outsider?
        3) i am expecting a satisfactory and early reply within a fortnight or else i will have no other option than to take it to the proper forum.

            I would like to convert my home loan interest rate from plr to mclr. I was told by the andhra bank staff that i need to pay 1% where as idbi bank in which i have another home loan charges only 0.1%. Other banks charge max of 0.5%. Why there is a huge difference in these charges. Is this the way you earn by charging higher amounts on services? What is your justification.

            Andhra bank customer care centre is worst of all I know. Any query I ask they simply say contact branch. They have zero information with them. There exists just to pickup the call and to tell you contact branch. Even if you ask what is the interest rate of homeland they say coy branch. How ridiculous.
            They are just fleecing their customers . Now Andhra Bank charging 10.7% Interest rate on Home loan. Whereas most bank are charging 8.35%.
            Pathetic service, exorbitant interest rate

                I have taken Home loan from Andhra Bank, 18 months back, but Rate of interest is not reduced from ROI from 9.7% to 8.35 as per the rule and my account no [protected].Request you to please reduce ROI from 9.7% .

                          Yeasterday i. E[protected] at 11.20 am., at central book depot, tarnaka i preferred pos transaction for rs. 1882.00 for purchase of books. But the receipt not came from pos machine, but sms came that rs 1882.00 was deducted from my account. Again card swiped for rs. 1882.00. This time also the receipt no generated but message received that rs. 1882.00 was deducted. As the receipt not generated, purchase of books was not done, thus iam put to loss of rs 3764 without any actual transaction taking place.
                          The shop owner says that as the receipt not came, no amount received at their end. They are not at fault.
                          Pl verify the same and reverse the amount of rs.3764 back yo my account

                            I transactioned with atm card 8500/- at grt jewellers in guntur, andhra pradesh first the transaction done by me was declined, so i withdraw the amount and paid in shop. After that it was showing low balance in my account. That amount was deducted from my account when first transaction i have done. I have compalinted to tollfree free no they told me you will recover the amount with in 10 working days but 20 days passed away but till now i didn't received. Till today i called 5 times but they are saying wait for 3 working days. This not small amount. Please solve the problem immediately. I fear about bank transaction.

                              My father operating savings account in Andhra Bank Metpally branch. Without intimation account is Diamond savings account category in which QAB 3 lakhs. Now they r charging penalty for non maintenance of 3 lakhs. The bank manager is very arrogant n unable to solve it and he is saying it's the fault of previous manager. Kindly give me solution.
                              An amount of 4450rs has been deducted from my Andhra bank account through rupayone97.so please retransfer amount to my account.

But till now i didn't got my money into my bank account. As we have a reference number from paytm saying andhra bank has shared a proof of refund status (Arn). As its very important and a serious issue with the refund thing.

                                      I'm account holder of andhra bank, peerigadiguda branch, i was taken gold loan on 16 march 2017, and now today i was called to bank & asked today at what time i should come to bank to clear my loan, they said you can come at any time banking hours then i took 1 hour permissions at my office and went to bank.
