With a preliminary appointment i had approached the branch manager, of andhra bank, dhenkanal banch (Odisha), mr. Dhruba charan sahoo, on 26th sep’2017, at about 13.25 hrs in his chamber in connection with a fixed deposit of some amount against the account of my minor son and trying to showing him the filled up application and other documents. My minor son aditya, in whose name the account exists also present with me. Before any comments, immediately the bm shouted at me and called the security guard to vacate me from his chamber with quite aggressive and indifferent manner which compels me to leave the chamber with utter discomfort and immediately security guard obey the order of the manager by closing the room. This type o[censored]nexpected behavior of the bm not only shocked me, or customers present in the bank but also hurt the sentiment of my minor child who had visited for the first time a bank and seen the dynamic managerial behavior of a manager of nationalised bank, like andhra bank, at dhenkanal (Odisha).
Prayer
In the present competitive banking market scenario, i want the clarification from the appropriate authorities of andhra bank, dhenkanal, that;
1) whether such sorts of behavior will acceptable at any level and time?
2) what should be the duties and responsibilities of a manager with customer or to an outsider?
3) i am expecting a satisfactory and early reply within a fortnight or else i will have no other option than to take it to the proper forum.
