Andhra Bank — problem in linking account with, google pay phonepe

Sir i'm unable to link my accnt in google pay and phonepe. I have been trying since a week but i'm unable to link it. The app says accnt not availabe the same appears in the app phonepe
My phone is also registered even i get otps in it
I'm unable to sort out this problem plz provide me a solution as soon as possible i have also attached an attachment for you convince
