I have an Arogyadaan health Insurance policy for me and my wife for Rs. 5 lakhs.The policy is taken through Andhra bank, where we have a savings bank account. The policy is taken more than 20 years back and we have been paying the premium regularly for the last 20years. At the beginning the premium was around Rs 5000 per annum. I have paid around Rs13, 000 as premium for the insured amount 0f 8 lakhs including super top up of Rs 3 lakhs....

Good evening, my previous atm card was blocked due to loss of my pin so I am applied now atm it came from post.But pin not came. when I call to customer service they told some process but when I go to atm and continue that process but 6 digit password is not generate to my mobile number and it will automatically cancelled the process so please consider my request as soon as possible to rectify the problem reply the solution thank you....

Hi all,
I made an imps transaction from my andhra bank account to sbi. I initiated transaction of 11000 due to urgent requirement. Its been 24 hours, the money got debited from my account but still not credited to the destined account holder. I could see the transaction status as suspect. Please can anyone assist in this issue. I am worried about whether the money will be refunded or not...

Could not get the mini statement of the account in both mobile app and net banking. Error transaction not allowed to customer and account doesn't exist.
Recently changed to chip based debit card and this issue started after changing card.
Recently rs 280 is debited from my account and i dont know how and why. I need my account statement. Is the issue due to change of debit card....

I have recently withdraw 10, 000 from sbi atm uppal. The amount was deducted from my andhra bank but i haven't got amount in my hand, screen displayed an error like "unable to dispense". Branch has been deducted tds fy 2018_19 but branch has not been issued form 16 a and deduction money i didn’t get back in my account. I ask to the andhra bank employees he didn’t help,

A sum of 5000 rs is missing from my account. It's been 2 months and I have complained in the office but it seems like they aren't going to help soon. It's been 2 months.
