Andhra Pradesh State Road Transport Corporation [APSRTC] — Bus driver left to tirumala without passengers getting in the bus after checking point.

Me and my family of 4 members went to Tirupati on 8 may 2026. we boarded a bus to Tirupati to Tirumala with the number AP03Z5495. We took tickets worth of 90 rupees each that is 360 Rs in total. Before going to Tirumala in Tirupati there is a checking point where all passengers have to get down and check their bags in the counter. The bus we are in is full of employees of Tirumala so only our family has to get down for checking. when we are in line of checking the bus driver only waited for 5mins and left us there and went on going to Tirumala. after our checking was done we searched for our bus but he left us there. we were shocked of this behaviour of driver. We were very disappointed of this incident. After that we had to ask several buses to take us up to Tirumala. We as a piligrim expect bare minimum service to people at places like this but driver arrogantly left us for the sake of employees time to go to Tirumala. I have only one question does TTD serve its people or its employees first??. PLEASE TAKE ACTION REGARDING THIS BUS DRIVER. Bus number-AP03Z5495.
