Dear APSRTC Team,
I am writing to bring to your attention an incident that occurred during our journey on December 18, 2024, in an APSRTC bus traveling from Rajahmundry to P. Gannavaram (Razole bus) between 5 PM and 8 PM. The vehicle number is AP29Z2110.
We noticed that there was no conductor ID mentioned on the ticket—it was left blank. When we tried to call the conductor to book tickets for us, she did not respond or come towards the back of the bus where we were seated. The bus was very crowded, making it difficult for us to move forward.
Eventually, I managed to reach her to purchase the tickets, but to my surprise, she started cursing and making inappropriate remarks. She even went as far as to curse my future career, saying I would lose any job I undertake. Her behavior was extremely rude, unprofessional, and completely lacking in work ethic.
I request that you take appropriate action regarding this incident to ensure such behavior is not repeated and that no other passengers have to face such unpleasant experiences in the future.
