I completed my B. Tech this year in the month of May from KCT, Coimbatore. I had requested for the issue of migration certificate. It's been 45 days since I had applied.

Respected sir,
I had studied BE Aeronautical engineering[protected] in Karpagam Institute of technology, Coimbatore under Anna University. I passed the exam conducted on Nov/dec2020. Our batch students got their provisional certificate and Consolidated marksheet but I didn't receive it. Recently I attended the interview and the company want both certificates. So I request you to issue both certificates as soon as possible.

I have completed my engineering degree from Mar Ephraem College of Engineering and Technology and had applied for a migration certificate on 4th december 2021 via speed post; and had received a message stating that the post had reached the destination on the 6th. All the necessary details and forms along with the demand draft were attached along with the post. My register number being[protected]. Till date am yet to receive my certificate and once I try contacting the authorities, the either don't pick up the calls or turn off as soon as they pick it, the numbers I tried contacting being, [protected], [protected] and [protected]. Am in urge of submitting my certificate as i am to complete my post-graduation and without the certificate I will not be receiving my degree.

I have settled all pending dues & received my Tc. i have nothing pending from my side. But still I haven't recieved my deposit refund yet. I'm a 2020 passed out student. Almost a year has gone. How long should I wait to get my money back ?

I cleared all subjects on mcq online exam conducted on 2020 December and is showing as passed in annauniversity profile

But still i didn't received professional and consolidated marklist...

Many students of our college facing the same issue.

Kindly issue us certificate at the earliest as we are unable to join higher studies with out certificates.

I got 6.50 cgpa. And classification is updated in second class. I need a proper reason why second class is provided for 6.50 cgpa. I have attached my overall marksheet. If once clarified that. Please let me know. Reg no:[protected].

With heavy heart, am writing this mail. No other institutions will treat their employees so granted like SMIT. They have treated employees like their slaves. We were thrown out or came out because of the highly controversial partiality treatment shown to us.

Im writing to this mail to seek help from Anna University & AICTE to take necessary actions against the Management of SMIT and to release my pending salaries.

As mentioned I was working as a Placement officer in Sri Muthukumaran Institute of Technology from 06.08.2021 to 31.06.2021, is almost a 5 years journey. My 5 years journey with SMIT rounds the table with lot o[censored]ntold painful paths. Which I want to share it here.
Here are the list of points I want to make

1. INTERNAL INVIGILATOR PAYMENTS NOT PAID: I have done many exam internal invigilation duties and Project Internal Examiner for MBA students. I haven’t received the payment yet. They are holding the payment for past 2 years. I don’t know for what reason they are holding it. I want these payments to be released as well.

2. SERVICE CERTIFICATE PARTIALITY: I was working as a Placement Officer during my entire career. In my offer letter my designation mentioned as Placement Officer Only. ID card provided also for the same JOB ROLE. But When I relieved from SMIT, I got my work experience certificate as Assistant Professor in MBA department.

3. MBA FACULTY SHORTAGE - Due to MBA faculty shortage, they have asked me to take classes for MBA students in the year 2017 for only one semester. I also agreed and took the class. From 2017 each semester I was given with 2 subjects. I ashamed to inform that only 3-4 staffs was there for more 150+ MBA students from 2017 to 2021. But during ANNA UNIVERSIT & AICTE inspection they have hired one day/ Two day staffs. Due to less number staffs, I was given additional subjects that added more burden to Placement Officer role.

4. 2019 JOBFAIR HR TRAVEL BILLS NOT CLEARED: During 2019 Jobfair was conducted in SMIT college premises, 24 companies were participated from Chennai and Coimbatore regions, I Have booked the cabs for HRs from various companies. I was asked to pay those bills and claim later. I have paid 7400 rs for CAB rental. Submitted the bills for the same to accounts department. But it’s been more than 3 years and I dint receive the payment till now after several attempts.

5. SUMMER VACATION DENIED – I was working in SMIT for close 5 years but I was denied Summer Vacation or any other Vacation (15 days – odd semester vacation & 15 days – even semester vacation – total 30 days). When every other staffs given the summer vacation, I was denied Vacation leaves stating various reasons and workloads.

6. JOB GUARANTEE FOR REJOINING: During 2018 May, 5 months’ salary was not given, when we staff put-together asked for our salaries. Immediately we all are got fired. I was also fired just for asking my salary. 2 months I was jobless and after that I got a job in KSRM College, Kadapa, AP with good salary package. When I came back to SMIT for getting my educational documents and services certificates. They asked me to rejoin with the assurance of Job security. I have rejoined SMIT with one condition for giving me job security. But within next 2 years once again I have to move out because of their ill treatment.

7. ILL TREATMENT OF STAFF AND SHOWING PARTIALITY – SMIT has ill treatment runs through its veins. During my 5 years I have faced lot of ill treatment and partiality. There was increment and other benefits to only particular staffs. In my 5 years tenure I never saw any increment in my salary.

8. UNJUSTIFIED LOSS OF PAYS – During my tenure, I was forced to face loss of pays, loss of pay for unwanted reasons. I have faces more than 10 times loss of pays for various reasons. Not only me, many other staffs faced the same issue.

9. PENDING SALARIES: During corona lockdown we are paid only half salary and we were assured by our management that our full salaries will be paid after lockdown. But till date we haven’t received our salary. But during that time we were forced to collect college fees fully from our students by phone call. My pending salaries details for your reference.

3. June 2020 - Half Salary Pending
4. July 2020 - 3/4 Salary is pending
5. August 2020 - Half Salary Pending
6. May 2021 - Half Salary Pending

My entire family is depending on me, I have to get this pending salaries and exam duty payments. Without this pending salary my family is struggling a lot.

Am Hamsareka S (AU ID:7316276) working as an Assistant Professor in department of Computer Science and Engineering at Anna University Affiliated College K S R Institute for Engineering and Technology (7316).

Due to heavy workload and stress I gave a resignation request to HoD and same has been communicated to the Principal and Director in the month of September, 2021.

Till date I didn’t receive any confirmation about the relieving date. Regarding my relieving date already I met the Principal directly and discussed it three times.

Hence I am requesting you to take necessary actions to get back the submitted certificates while joining as an Assistant Professor at K S R INSTITUTE FOR ENGINEERING AND TECHNOLOGY. And also requesting you to get my smooth Relieving/ Experience certificate along with my final settlements.

Respected sir /madam my name is Anandhu i done my mechanical engineering in sivaji college of engineering and technology manivila kanyakumari district iam from[protected] batch last time i attended the open book exam and the result camed but one of paper MA6351 transforms and partial differential equations is missing I already raise my complaint from my college but still no measures taken my register number is[protected].i dont know what to do iam in huge depression so please do the needful

I am studied mba in pallavan college of engineering kanchipuram, i have 1 arrear so i wrote the arrear exam in april-2021 my result published on may-22 as per annauniv policy provisional issuing after the result 30 days 7 month completed still my provisonal not issued i followup regularly but annauniversity every month they said this month end this month end we will provife the certificate but they couldnt provide pls consider my requesting letter. Verry worst university ever i feel guilty to studied this university.😏😏😏😏😏

Am writing to you regarding delay in my transcript application submitted on 30 October 2021

I requested transcript to anna university via online through their transcript portal (onlinetranscripts.annauniv.edu) for my job in canada. It has been more than 60 days am waiting for my transcript as it is an emergency for me to submit it to CES.

I called up and emailed university several times and asked about the status, but they didnt replied properly and didnt give me the exact date when i can get my transcript.

They are not considering about students future. Now i feel like, it was very worst decision which i took in my life to study in this university.

I got admission to do my PG in Canada and the college wants the Transcript to be emailed to them directly by the awarding institute. I tried registering in Anna university Transcript online and it shows my student ID is already registered. I had registered in the website 1year back when doing WES evaluation. I tried to login with my old password but it showed invalid login.

I want my Transcript to be emailed as soon as possible otherwise my admission will get cancelled. Please help or suggest me an alternative option to apply for Transcript online.

I have sent emails to Anna university mentioning the issue thrice and tried calling several times. But didn't receive any response to emails neither picked the calls. Please help as this is really urgent and I am running out of time.

From the college it said that they sent several letters regarding the internal and made so many calls. still we having online classes though other departments having offline classes because of there is no staff for our dept. they go through online class . still they didn't even start to teach a subject OA1551 and the notes are not given at all . lack of care but they pushing us to offline exam please kindly do helpful

I have applied online transcript of Anna university transcript website on September 2021 and payment done and status in progress on that day, but still status not updated already 3 months gone.

Hi sir/mam,
my name is kamalesh[protected] I had studied in shreenivasa engineering college(6226) in the academic year[protected]. During that period we did not received the 4th semester marksheet. While asking for marksheet they did not gave proper answer and just ignored us the whole college did not received but they did not take any step against that problem. This is happened on mar/apr 2018 still now we did not get the marksheet. College management told that they not received from university. Please take necessary against this problem this is my humble request.

Am writing to you regarding delay in my Academic Transcript application which was submitted via online portal on[protected]. The Academic Transcript is required for me to submit at Austria Embassy.

It has been more than 60 days am waiting for my transcript. I mailed them asking for an update many times but no response from there side. Also, the contact number they provided is not functional or no one is answering it.

I'm lost and helpless in this case, as I'm staying in Kerala I find it difficult to travel to Chennai and ask for an update during this pandemic situation.

We are not understanding Online classes and very network issues. At that time we are not understanding subjects.
So please...
