ROLL NO [protected]: I have been marked absent in 3 subjects on result published on website. I have received Original TC from university. result was published on website on[protected] and i communicated to dde examination cell through email and attached all necessary documents. I received reply on 3rd jan and they told me to wait for 15 days but now it already has been more than a month. I sent multiple reminder and also marked dde director, examination cell, grievance cell, even after raising my complaint issue is not resolved till now.
I also tried to contact the examination cell through telephone but they dont even pick the call, i tried 2-3 hours continuously on daily basis for more than a week but they dont pick any call.
I tried to contact through mail as many are available on website but no response received.
kindly address the issue as solve at earliest.

I studied BSc. Nursing in RANI MEYYAMMAI COLLAGE OF NURSING from 1996 to 2001 Batch, I apply for Transcript Certificate in my collage
in 10th TC, my name spelled as SARDAR(A)NI BEGUM,
but in my +2 (12th) standard, Course Completed Certificate and Nursing Certificate mentioned SARDAR(I)NI BEGUM
now the collage Prepared 10th TC as SARDAR(A)NI BEGUM,
when I Request them to please follow as per course completed certificate or Nursing certificate purposely they followed my 10th TC If ask they refused to do that please advice and help me how can I solve the problem

Reminder sent by speed post on 04.12.2021.
Till now certificate not received

I have not received my migration certificate .

I have made online payment for migration certificate(copy attached below) transaction ref no [protected].on 13 December 2021.
I have send all copies of required documents ( soft copies attached below) by courier MAA[protected] on 15 Dec 2021. It has been received at the Annamalai university on 16 Dec 2021.
I have sent many follow up emails on 15 Dec, 18 Dec, 23 Dec, 3 Jan '22 to Annamalai University-COE-CELL but no response. The university has many phone no. on the website but not even a single no. is working. Very sad. It is more than 1 month now and I urgently need to submit my migration certificate for my higher studies. Please help.

I am DDE student of batch 2019. I have been trying to get my degree certificate since more then 2 years now. I still haven't received any positive response they have been telling me convocation was not conducted so they cant issue the degree certificate. but its already been 2 years and I cant wait any more as I am going abroad for higher education and for I have been accepted in university but they need degree certificate and transcript. I cant apply for transcript without my degree. please understand my issue and please help me with it. This is very urgent. I have paid all the fees and sent convocation form to given address. This is an emergency as university give timeline to submit transcripts. Please help me.

I have Paid Convocation Fees (Rs. 1400) on 17.03.2021 via online. I also sent convocation Payment Acknowledgement, Application For Degree Certificate and Provisional Certificate via Speed Post. I am writing this letter after waiting 11 month's. I didn't get my Degree Certificate till date.

Dear Sir/Mam
I am Rijia Khatun, I was interested in PG Diploma in Computer Application, that's why I went to the Kolkata centre and paid the application fee(Rs: 6900, Txn Ref No: 2486495) as suggested by the officers there. But later when they asked for documents and showed them they said that they can't admit me as I don't have my graduation certificate with me.

In this situation, I can't take admission due to the missing certificate, but as I have paid the admission fee already I would expect a refund.

I'm writing to [protected]@gmail.com and [protected]@gmail.com since the incident happened(Dec, 27th 2021) as the officers at Annamalia University suggested without any reply.

Please hear me out, help me in this difficult situation and refund me the admission fee.
As I paid for a service which I haven't received, I deserve to get the my money back.

I requested Annamalai University to check and confirm genuinity of my Degree Certificate to a foreign Government Department in order to proceed further for my foreign employment visa.

As per discussion with Annamalai University Office., I did couriered all required documents along with prescribed fees to Annamalai University on dated 11 Nov 2021.

Annamalai University is supposed to check my certificates are genuine and they have to confirm the genuinity directly to the Foreign Government Department through only email. I submitted all required details through both email and also couriered the hard copies of all required documents with prescribed fees to Annamalai University on 11 Nov 2021.

But till now (today is 24 Dec 2021) I haven't received any feedback from Annamalai University whether they did confirmed the genuinity to the Foreign Government Department.

Today I received another email from the Foreign Government Department mentioning that they are still waiting for confirmation from Annamalai University.

I am sending reminder emails to Annamalai University almost every day but no response from them yet.

If the genuinity is not confirmed by the University soon the Foreign Government Department may be treated as closed for any further processing., and I have to start again from the scratch.

In such a case I am forced to claim compensation to the tune of Rupees One Crore because this delay and irresponsible behaviour from the Annamalai University is causing me delay in processing my foreign employment visa.

I still request the officials to act quicker on my response and update me ASAP

Hi,

I paid my exam fee of Rs 990 in April and got the exam results in October 2021. I haven't received my provisional certificate and mark sheets yet.
Upon checking with the university, I was told that the exam fee is due. So I paid the exam fee of Rs 1220 again and shared the receipt with the university. I need my provisional certificate and mark sheet urgently. University is not replying to my emails as well.

I completed diploma in industrial safety via distance education program. After the examination there is no trace o[censored]niversity and I was not provided professional or degree certificate. There is no proper communication channel to help with this issue. Also, I am from another state not in Tamil Nadu so it is difficult to travel to the university as well. Hope someone can help!

I am here with sincere request for your help.
You would have noticed below the email thread, for the questions that I have asked before and the responses that you have provided. I am not sure if I can request for a professional response especially considering that this is India's 17th ranking university.

What's my request?
I am eager to make my payment for four duplicate mark sheet under enrollment number[protected].

Within that enrollment number, I need duplicate mark-sheets for the below registrations numbers

I also need a convocation certificate for my degree under the same enrollment number.

So here are my prevailing concerns:
1) Would you guys please provide a proper segregation of your DDE and On Campus grievance handling platform on your website?

2) When I am trying to make a payment on your portal I face these two problems;
a) It does not accept my international credit card. It only accepts local Indian credit card. Payment gateway is ICICI only. Although I am in India for the moment, I am a resident of the Philippines since 12 years. So I only have Philippines credit card. Why doesn't your website provide options for international credit cards?
b) For an esteemed university such as yours you do not yet have any modern payment options through current payment solutions such as PayPal, google pay. And this is a university that seems to be so far away from modern realities. Would you guys please reflect how you guys bought your groceries and food during the recent pandemic? I hope you can without emotion objectively reflect on improving the user interface and user experience of your website.
c) While making a payment on your website a message pops up saying that it's taking me through a secure gateway but just at the time of hitting submit payment it warns that I should proceed at my own risk as the internet may not be secure. While I am here in India, I have always been buying all my food online through the same credit card but it never sends me message like this that I am seeing on your website. I don't understand why the university page doesn't provide a safe digital ecosystem for making payments.

Help needed:
I am not sure how to go ahead and make the payments as I need the duplicate mark-sheets. 1) Is there any way to get a scanned copy of my marksheets?
2) Are there any other ways to obtain a duplicate copy of my marksheets and original copy of my convocation certificate?

We are in a super digital age now and I wonder how institutions, an esteemed university such as Annamalai University will catch up with current market needs and demands.

I hope you understand my dilemma and you will notice that since April 2021, I have been trying to secure my duplicate mark-sheets. Its just so cumbersome seeking a professional response from your end, as you will notice below the response style is very cavalier and it's not helping your alumni.

If I am unable to get a solution, I will need to escalate this to the University Grants Commission of India's grievance cell to step in and reform the redressal process of your university. So I hope you can provide a professional resolution for my concern.
