Ansal Api Infrastructure — extra payment demanded by ansal

I have been harassed by your employees over the purchase of plot.
I have purchased a plot at Ansal Golf Links-II Sector 116 Mohali, plot No. 80.
At the time of deal i have clearly asked your local dealers or employees about any future hidden charges and they have assured me that there won't be any extra hidden charges.
I have paid full amount upfront thru bank cheques. When asked about the possession letter for the registry purpose they lingered on for 3 good months. and To my surprise when i received the possession letter it says there would be 40, 000 Rs possession charges. When i asked the employees they said you can give 25, 000 Rs as possession charges.
My concern is if i can pay 43 lakhs for the plot i can happily pay other informed amounts as well but those amounts or charges should be well advanced informed not sudden hidden charges imposed by your staff.
I will not pay this possession charge of 25, 000 Rs as I was not informed at the time of deal.

Second concern is at the time possession letter only i came to know about the maintenance charges of the plot asked by your good company Ansal API that is 800 Rs per month.
Did any of your superior staff have ever visited the said location. There is 4-5 feet grass in the plot and at the parallel side there is a water dump with full of pests. Road is still not prepared and it is a rough patchy and muddy road. So what kind of maintenance your company is doing for which you are asking for 800 Rs per month.
I have raised this concerns multiple times with Mr. Vishwas but all went in vain. I believe your sales guys motive is till the time client pays. The moment client make the full payment then they even stop answering the calls.

Last but not least I have started feeling that I may have done a mistake by taking plot from your company. I came to your company keeping in mind that Ansal API is a brand name and must be highly professional staff would be there with High EQ and IQ with professionalism and with clear company policies.
To my utmost displeasure none of the Ansal staff ever make me feel that paying 43 Lakhs of amount was a worthy deal for me.
I hope my request cum complaint will not land on deaf ears and i will get a sure response and resolution to my concerns.
