i have two fixed deposit in Ansal, and i opted for for every month interest in that as i have to pay my installments of car rent etc, now they are saying they will give my maturity amount after 2 years . as i am not rich man and that every month interest its like bread and butter to me so i will be in great trouble please help, i have my health issues too i am epileptic patient i am really in great panic after they told that i will get my money after 2 years of my maturity date

We are living at Anshal Sushant City Kundli. 1. Co. install very wrong Electric feeder piller. 2. There are no feeder piller in front of A Block villas which is construct by Co. 3. There are lot of space in front of plots or sides of plots but Co. employee do mistake intensely and when a person start built their home Co. employee demand money for another place installation. 4. All officer corrupted they are just create trouble and find a way to take money. 5. We want permanent solution.

I purchase J/02/0022/FF five year back. Ansal committed to provide possession in 3 years. Construction is still not complete. When would Ansal deliver the property. Would they compensate customer for the loss due to non delivery of property in timely fashion

Respected sir My Ansal API Fd is getting matured on 23rd February'2016. Deposit no:86971 kindly let me know the exact date on which I can submit my Fd for redemption, which I was returned by the company with a reason that we will intimate you. Celebrity greens is one of the prestigious project of Ansals Golf City Lucknow and amongst the first projects that was highlighted as highend high rise in phase I, but unfortunately the work on this project is stalled for last almost one plus years and almost two years have passed from the committed year of delivery and despite repeated requests, reminders and personal visits there is no concrete response from the builder. Despite being a great project the builder is getting bad name due to delay in delivery, however company has introduced many new projects and is introducing many new projects without bothering to complete earlier projects of which they have charged more than 75% of the value, this brings out the true picture of the so called builder with great reputation.

I request all stake holders of Celebrity Green, block F, Block G and Block H to unite togather and put pressure on the builder for early completion of the project and finally handover of the same.

The above mention Ansal FDR, follio no. is 0072228 and Maturity date is[protected], but after 1 year & 5 months of maturity i didn't received deposit amount with said interest.
After death of my husband, i really need that money.for two daughters education purpose. Please take this needfully and release my money urgently.
FDR certificate and covering letter already sent respective company but they didn't respond any single mail, so please interfere in the matter and get the money.Although I have sent a registered letter to customer care but they even want to reply, please take this needfully, copy of FDR certificate and recently covering letter along with this mail.

I have invested in Green Escape project Sonepat Haryana when it was launched in year 2007 and till date it has not been completed. My flat no. is 090503. I have mailed on [protected]@ansalapi.com, customer care and to concerned employees (Sanjeev Sharma, Sandeep Batra, Asheem and others at all levels) on 14th Sept 2015 but there is no reply from companies end till date. On 14th September 2015 I received email from [protected]@ansalapi.com regarding reminder of payment with call notice attached. The said notice was blank. It is astonishing that I have deposited all my dues as per their final call notice (in which builder has increased the area) cum letter of possession issued by the builder company M/S Ansal Properties & Infrastructure Ltd last September 2014. Moreover I have even filled up the possession documents and deposited them at their Kundli office with Head Mr Sandeep Batra. Also I have received email from builers office dated 17th April 2015 by Sh Sandeep Batra that our possession documents have been sent to Mr Vinay at projects site who will finally give possession within a month. Still as on date possession is pending and their is no response from builder companies end. It seems they even do not bother to even communicate with the Flat buyers. Till date I have received communication whenever there is any demand to be paid. Now I have paid 100 percent amount towards the Flat. It seems that builder company is not interested in handing over the possession to Flat buyers despite making all payments even at increased rates. I am feeling harassed and cheated. There has been a delay of over5 years handing over the possession of plot in e block sushant city kundli sonepat. Despite of paying 95% of total amount company is not giving the possession neither any development work has been started so far even after 5 years of allotment. Every time they give same answer of giving the possesion in6 months really felt sad and felt myself cheated by this company.

We have purchased a flat whose possession was due on November 2014, but the builder has not provided us the possession yet. after calling him many times we do not get any response. His phone calls go unanswered. Please tell us the final date when he will provide us the possession for flat in Panipat.

I purched a flat from resale market in 2007 for my own accomdation considering M/S Ansal is reputed builder and will provide our dream home on time i.e. 2010. but they have not delivered till date. moreover, they are not agree to compensate the delay. Against this fdr. The above fdr is already with you. As per company law board decision you have to release fdr payment within 02 years from the date of commencement.

So please release my fdr amount with interest before 20.06.2015.

Dear Sir, I received the payment of my FD No.87890 after six months of maturity date 04.03.2014. My money was not paid on maturity date and remained in use of Ansal Propertiess for more than six months after its maturity. One Email was sent by my broking agent to the Director of the company for repayment of my FD. In reply to Email for repayment he sent an Email in which he committed that the payment will be made soon with 18% interest for delay in payment, photo copy of which was attached with my claim. Dear Sir, As per CLB verdict the Company has to repay all FD up to Rs.125000/- within 10 days after one year expiry of its matured date but I did not receive repayment of my FD No.90413 of Rs.65000/- matured on 07.05.2014 as yet. Attention: Project Head Sh Sanjeev Sharma, Green Escape Sir, With With reference to your Final statement of account/offer of possession letter dated 9th Oct 2014 in which total sum of Rs 701215/- was raised and paid by me on 16th Oct 2014 but on 17th March 2015, I went to Ansal sales office lower basement Ansal Plaza at sonepat to take possession of my flat, I was told by dealing person (Sh Sunil Sharma, Sh Varun Gandhi, Sh Sandeep Batra) that amount related to car parking was due against the said Flat and was not raised in Final statement of account due to clerical error. The car parking amount of Rs 51544.98p was raised against the said flat which was paid by me through NEFT on 18th March 2015. I have signed and fulfilled all the paper work regarding possession of flat but still no action till date in this regard has been taken by your office. Despite my repeated telephonic requests to Mr Sunil Sharma, Sh Varun Gandhi, Sh Sandeep Batra only mere words that we are checking our records and would let you know answer is bieng given till date. I am very astonished that despite paying all the amount raised by your company still the process of giving possession is not taken. Also there is no communication and answer from your sales office despite my repeated telephonic calls to Sh Sunil Sharma, Sh Sandeep Batra, Sh Asheem Sharma. I am feeling harassed. I have booked a plot at sushant city ii jaipur in may 2014. I have been promised to deliver the possesion by november 2014 at any cost. I have made the payment under downpayment plan in the month of july/august 2014 after availing loan from my bank. Now, after a span of more than 8(Eight) months these people of ansal api are just giving a false assurance from the last five months that we will deliver the patta through jda very soon.

Now, tell me why should i bear the intrest on the loan amount which i have availed for this plot. This is a breach of trust and contract.

Please transfer the title within 15 days else be prepare for to fight in court for another case under indian contract act and many more.

I have also going to write my bank, credai and other banks including indian bankin association, who have a tie up arrangement with you so that you could at least not make people fool and cheat them to show the name of the banks that we have the tie up arrangement with a, b, c.. Banks.

Dear All, This is for the reference of everyone who has posted in this forum, I have Booked a an apartment in the Month of May 2012 in Media Enclave inside Sushant Golf City, Lucknow. Till date I have paid almost 35% of the payment and is paying Huge Interests to the bank on the Loan as Well. As promised by the Sales person Mr. Vibhor Shukla during the time of the Deal, The project will be delivered with in 3 Years from the Agreement. As I was based out of Chennai that time, I blindly believed that as Ansal API is a big brand name they will stick to their promise with some delays. To my Utter shock and surprise I initially came to know that the Land has undergone Litigation with farmers for Gajaria Farm and the project has come to an hault. After that there was no Communication at least for 2 Full Years, whenever we called up their Toll Free Number the call was never transfered. I had a Loan from LIC HFL which threatened to stop the loan disbursement as the Developer was unable to provide sufficient Land related legal documents to the Bank which indicated a very high amount of Malpractice. Then they Suggested me to transfer my Loan to DHFL by again paying the processing Charges, which I refused on the Face and threatened that I will lodge a Police case and Consumer Complaint. The vandalism was so high on Ansals's behalf that they were threatening to cancel the booking. Till this point of time they have already collected 30% money towards the flat cost without any thing at all in place which they collected with in 12 Months time from May 2012. After that they raised the payment due @ Excavation on June 2014 more than 2 Years after the Flat is being booked. To our Utter Shock when My Parents Visited their site in Nov 2014 when my parents visited their site in Nov 2014 the excavation was no where there and it was stopped because of presence of High Water Levels below the land Parcel for which they needed to conduct a Soil Test and Mr. Rahul Gaud Present at the site Confirmed that they will start the Work with in Short Span of time. When I called them again today i.e. 25th March 2015 and started to guage the start date, the work has not yet started till now and they are saying they will Deliver the project not before March-April 2017 which which is 5 years from the date of booking . This is not only absolutely against ethical and legal boundaries but they are just eating away interest compunded over Thousands of Crores of Money that they have collected from the Poor Consumers. And when you ask them about the same they have the guts to bluntly tell you that Please refer to your agreement. As I also work with a Developer of repute ( TATA Housing Development Company) I understand one thing that no Developer in this country takes a time of More than 5 Years to deliver a Project after it is being launched and its a matter of sheer Cheating and fraud which Ansal API is sure up to. sir i had booked a villa on jan 2010 from ansal api project sushant golf city but till date i have not been given the possession of villa though i had paid the whole cost of the villa within 45 days of the booking of the villa. when ever i asked to handover the villa the reply is within one month or two month the construction will be over and the villa will be handed over to you. they are promising since last two year. but the construction of the villa is stagnant. i paying interest of the houssing loan as well as rent of residence. can u suggest for this to get the villa possessed by me. it is a larchwood villa . payment hasbeen done full except p 5% of possession money. thanking you regards s karmakar [protected]
