We have purchased a flat whose possession was due on November 2014, but the builder has not provided us the possession yet. after calling him many times we do not get any response. His phone calls go unanswered. Please tell us the final date when he will provide us the possession for flat in Panipat....

Against this fdr. The above fdr is already with you. As per company law board decision you have to release fdr payment within 02 years from the date of commencement.
