Ansal Api Infrastructure — Possession delayed pathetically of la casa ghaziabd

Adwik group pvt ltd. and ansal api has launched a project with la casa in ghaziabad in 2012.
I have booked a flat b-1101 on 25th july 2013, at that time they have promised
And agreed to give possession of flat within 36 months, now 38 months has gone
But still only 30-40 % construction work has been completed whereas they have
Charged 70 % amount of total cost (around 25 lac).

I payed all instalment on time till now. i requested to builder to tell me possession date and
Reason for such big delay but builder did not replied yet anything. when i visited in june
2016 there office they said within 1 week work will start full fledge. but after 3 months
Till work stall. this lead to a great dissatisfaction within me and requesting my whole money
To be return with compensation but builder is not giving any reply.
Kindly help me to get my money back from builder. i am attaching agreement copy where builder
Has written that within 36 months possession will be given.
