Only prepaid orders were available, and very long delivery period! I ordered garments for total of rs. 365! No delivery! Ordered on 24 dec 2019. Jan 15, 2020 Complaint marked as Resolved I revieved my payment back via Razorpay! They have sent me an email -
Refund for Lady Clothe.
And for further assistance they have asked mr to contact the LADY CLOTHE Support. Whoever has paid through UPI Id can get their refund from Team RAZORPAY. I don't know about other modes of online transaction. | |||

Fraud people, i have ordered gown of rs.585 and was checking for the delivery status, but gess what i cant find the site they have vanished taking all the money. Such a fraud!

Dear people I had ordered goods worth 920 on 2 January and order was not delivered to resolve the issue I had raised reported the transaction and raised a dispute with my payment gateway (amazon in my case) and to razor pay their gateway.
After almost 10 days they have refunded the amount of 920, all the impacted people should immediately raise a dispute on their payment gateway and razorpay with all the screenshots.
You can raise complaint on razorpay.com/support. Please send all the screenshots including the order delivery confirmation from antgirl, payment made from your gateway etc.
The operator of antgirl is "LADY CLOTHE

I order the product from antgirlcollection.com and I did not receive any delivery msg from company and now when I trying to contact the company from website I .unable to reach it and it's says website not found. I order the dress cost of rs320. Please take strong action and punish them .

Same thing happened with me. The phone number to contact them is switched off and I’m not able to get my refund!!! Such a fraud site... please do not buy anything from this site.

After I had raised grievance via razor pay support, i got calls from above phone numbers claiming they are from Ant girl collection, literally communicated in ill manner, when i asked for their supervisor he said he runs the company and if you want money share bank details i denied,
Later at night i get phone call from another number saying if you want the payment i would send you link, copy it & send it to this number 096342 24747
Please be aware of such calls who claim they are from ant girl collection, in true caller the above mentioned numbers has been reported spam by others

Same here. I also ordered two tops worth 705 rupees on 31st dec 2019, order number being 30452. Now when I am trying to trace the website n order status, I can't reach to the website. They have cheated many people out here. I had paid it through my SBI debit card. Does anyone know how to get refund for payment through card??
I had the same issue. I ordered for women’s clothing and made a payment of 554 and the website doesn’t exist. Made the payment through UPI. Pls track down these fraudsters and delete them from the web. Such cheaters should be heavily punished and fined! Is there anyway I will be able to get my money back?
