i, IDRIS NOORUDDIN, contacted customer care IFB about my problem with Neo Services Mumbai Branch. I have a signed 2 year contract by them, i received a message from Mr Akshata More (customer services IFB) saying i would get service on 5 july 2013, but till today26 september july 2013 i still have not receved service a technician from Neo services contacted me and said i would have to pay even though i have a contract. Also one madame-Hemlata (also from Neo services) called me and said even though i have a contract i would have to pay!!! SO WHAT IS THE MEANING OF MAKING A CONTRACT???????????
if there is no meaning for the contract i want my money back NOW!!!. they take the money first and then dont give service!!! my number +91 [protected] Was this information helpful? |
