[Resolved] Ifb Washing Machine - Eleena Brand — Service below Standard
I had purchased IFB-Eleena washing Machine about one and half years ago. The motor of the machine gave away and the service engineer sent by the Company replaced it. However, the machine did not work and I complained again about it. No body attends to teh Machine though it has been over two months. It is a harassing experience.
My latest complaint no.is 1464634. I would never ever purchase a IFB Product nor suggest anyone to purchase. This Company should die a death as the consumer dissatisfaction is going to affect its business sooner or later.
