[Resolved]  IFB Washing Machine — Awaiting for installation Demo

IFB / 100% Drying Machine — Not working & no one has attended

Please note that we have made a telephonic complaint for the IFB drying machine since 5 days - but no service engineer has attended the complaint. Please send some one urgently as it is very very difficult not using the machine in the rainy season. Each day counts.

I am from trichy (tamilnadu).i have bought an IFB washing machine on 05-jul-2008.But till now noboby has came for first demo.I have called several times to the showroom, where i have bought the machine but every time i am calling them they r telling that, they will come now.And there is no response from the global helpline no:. i have called several times.pls solve the problem ASAP. & make sure that this is the last complaint from my side

I agree the person complaint, it is 100% true . I purchased the washing machine in 10 days back in BS show room at Nanganallur. But till date no one has attended for the initial orientation demo .they came and sold their stand for machine. i am thinking to hand over the same product to back.

i purchased the washinging machine on 10/10/09. and the persons told the demo will be given in two days time, waited for four days no responce from ifb (sick company). called the dealer . the dealer gave the number of thw technician . i call the technician he says i called u 100 times no response from your end, when he has not called me.he says i not not ready to come do what ever you do. his name is robin and his contact no is [protected].plz do take action on this person.

We hereby bring to your kind notice that we have purchased LG Washing Machine at Viveks Show Room, No.223, 100 Ft. Road, Tatabad, Coimbatore, Tamilnadu on 6th November, 2009. But they have not yet sent a person for demo for the past one week. We have made several phone calls to “Viveks”. But there is no proper response.

We are very much upset because we bought a world class machine but we have not used the same for one past one week We thought that LG products and the Customer relationship would be very good. But in our matter it is very poor.

Please take immediate steps from your office to send a person from Coimbatore for demo of the machine and help us at this juncture.

I purchased the washing machine 10 days back . But for the initial orientation demo Last week one technical Person came and he doesn't have the extra inlet outlet tubes, again two days after that another technical person came with out those inlet outlet tubes its making me wonder how you will take care of after sales service. I would like to know the reason for that bcoz of your free installation demo your technical support is very careless and lethargic.
