I bought a IFB Senorita fully automatic washing machine( Invoice Number[protected] on 14/08/12 from QRS MG Road branch at Trivandrum . It is not one year since and the machine has broken down and there has been no response from the QRS despite repeated telephone calls ( to[protected] ,[protected] from my side. Now it has been 4 days since I complained, and I am told that they have forwarded my complaint to the service center and that the technician will contact me any time. I feel cheated and I want legal recourse.
