Dear Sir/Madam I have applied for my PAN card online through Parsh Tax Solutions LLP www.applypanindia.in on 19 th Oct 2020. There was no action from them and after continuous follow up, I was asked to filled Annexure A which was duly submitted on 24 th Oct 2020. Now I am trying to contact them through phone call. Unfortunately its busy the whole day or not reachable. Would appreciate if you can kindly look into matter. Regards Arul Aravinth

    I have applied for PAN Card correction and i have submitted all require document but i am not getting updation done and when i asked to refund my amount which i have paid but no reply from them. I need my refund ASAP.

          I, have applied for a new pan card and its been more than 2 months have not received it.

          i am trying to contact on the number which was given at time of submitting the application after paying the fees but till today the number is switched off.

          I have been sending emails but there is no response from your end.

          If I do not receive any reply from your end will file a complaint against your company.

                Sir/Mam,
                I have applied for Name correction in the Pan card for my mother on 14th October. The spelling was wrong in pan card, it was noticed by my parents only after 2 years. But on the proof provided at the time of pan card submission which is voter I'd has correct spelling. I got emails from apply pan India after a week asking me to provide annexture A. I sent a reply email.stating it not name change ans its spelling correction and does not need annexure A. I got a reply email asking me to provide any other name proof other than aadhar card. I provided voter ID card. After that it's been a month now and they is no reply for the emails I send and the phone number is also busy always. Even the website is blocked. I have got the pan communication number provided by apply pan india to track the status. Please look into it and take necessary action regarding this.

                  payment done by 15/10/2020 by upi payment rs-499/-
                  but still ihave not get any acknowledgement no from ur end.on 7/11/2020 my documents aslo have mailed on ur postal address..

                    I, Shweta Kumari, applied for new pan card on 21.10.2020 by paying Rs. 499/- online having communication id 2457481and sent the hard copy with relevant documents through speed post. The same has been delivered too.

                    But still I have neither received my pan card nor any communication regarding the same.

                      I applied for my PAN in https://www.incometaxindiaefiling.gov.in. by giving my Aadhar details. Within a day I got my E-PAN.
                      When I used the PAN number for some work, the website showed a message "PAN VERIFICATION FAILED"
                      When I tried to verify the PAN on https://www.incometaxindiaefiling.gov.in, it showed the message "NO RECORD FOUND FOR THE GIVEN PAN".
                      I got the E-PAN which even has the PAN number but I am not able to use it.
                      So, kindly look into this ASAP.

                          Pan communication: 2180277. It's almost a month since i submitted my application and it still shows under process. Everytime i try to contact them it shows invalid and there email response is very poor they rarely respond.

                              Hello pan India I have not recieved my pan card acknowledgement yet so I want a refund for my pan card and please cancel the process . Very careless people . Please cancel my pan card process and issue my refund immediately

                                Finally got an email from them with the PAN coupon number & the site where we called & got atleast the allotted PAN number. Have not got the Pancard in hand yet but atleast on the PAN number allotted we can ask for a copy from the official NSDL site.

                                  Its been months since i applied my application. this has been no response. there is no way to contact them except via email to which they rarely respond. extremely disappointed with the service. the website should be reported and closed. they take private information of the citizens and then sit on it.

                                    I had applied for name change/correction on 28th September, 2020 and paid the requisite fee. The new PAN was supposed to be sent at my residential address within 1 month from the date of application. However, over a month has elapsed but I am yet to receive my PAN. I attach herewith the invoice for ready reference.

                                      I accidentally used their website to apply for pan card since it appeared authentic. But after a lot of searching the internet I found out that they are defrauding people and not refunding their money whatsoever. I have send a lot of emails and tried placing phone calls; still no response.
