I had applied for a new pan card in view of my photo being faded and old aampt1891j.

The fees was remitted and application dispatched by registered post and received at their office parsh tax solutions llp, 3 b, ground floor, lane no. 2, kaharsingh state, saiyed-ul-ajaib westend marg, new delhi-110030, on 15 june 2020.

In spite of so many mails and correspondence they have failed to respond and inform me about the progress of the application and when they would be sending my new pan card.

I have now sought refund of payment and also asked them to return the documents sent.

No response

    Applied for PAN, they deducted INR 499. It looks as a fraud company, saw other complaints now in this website. I want my money back, kindly support.

      I have paid money by gpay mode. Please refund my amount. I don't want your services. 499/-. Don't go fraudulent list, if you not refund, i'll take serious action against you.         This is joy rexline (Chennai, tamil nadu) here applied for pan card in the webportal applypanindia parsh tax solutions llp date 15.7.2020. Which says that the application form must be sent by post, and hearby, i'm unable to send the manually photo attached and signed filled form to the pan address given in the application, because of lockdown due to the severe pandemic of covid19 and no courier services available, so please consider my request for the refund and i wil make sure to apply back for the card as soon as the things get better. Wil be awaited for the refund... And i'm including the receipt of the payment made through google pay. Thank you.

            I applied the form for pan card and i paid 499rupee but now due to some issue i need some money so after some days i will apply the pan card so kindly inform you that refund my money. Please this my humble request. I had transfer 998 rupees because i applied for my friend to so please return our both of them money please we are poor people so please refund my 998 rupees to [protected]@gmail.com

                    Applied for new *pan card* through online and paid rs. 499.00 on 9th june 2020 to parsh tax solutions llp, 3b - lane no.2, kehar singh estate, saidulajab, westend marg delhi - 110030 (Gstin/uin 07aapfp3986r1z0) through apply pan india and parsh tax solutions llp has given online receipt of rs.499/- vide their invoice no. 2032387 dated 09.06.2020 and as directed we have send the copies of the aadhar card and relevant copies of aadhar card & copy of application copy duly affixing & signing on a passport size photograph.
                    But, it is regret to inform
                    That till date no message nor any references in regard to the applied pan card is available also no contact no. Or email id is seen respect of parsh tax solutions llp. Kindly assist immediately.

                          Transaction id: 2116767 through this i did payment 499for the pancard. But acutal amount was 117 here. So i applied here. So cancel my application and refund my amount possible as earlier

                              I applied for lost pan card on 27/06/2020. Payment was done. And after that no response by this company. They have no contact no to contact for support. Then i decide cancel my order and money refund back. I have serch for cancel order and they have mention email id in refund ploicies i sent all the details. Then i have mailed everday for response but they did not respond my mail.

                              I need my money back.

                                  I had. Send the hard copies through dtdc courier and it was received by your staff nitin on june 22 as i have attached the screenshot...

                                  I also mailed that day and i received a mail that hard copies had been received in your end as i attached the screenshot

                                  But when today i have sent a mail for status and you are telling you didn't received the hard copies

                                  This is not done... Please see into this matter and solve...
                                  You had received the hard copies and now you are fooling with me...

                                  Inconvenience caused is highly regretted. As you may be aware, Income Tax Department (ITD) has authorized only two entities viz., 1. NSDL e-Gov and 2. UTIITSL for providing PAN related services on its behalf. Further, NSDL e-Gov or ITD has not appointed PANIND.com nor provided any authorization for providing PAN related services. Kindly note that all the PAN related data is exclusively property of customers and ITD.

                                    I have applied today only (27/06/2020). After paying 499 rs. They are now asking me to send all my required documents by post to delhi which is totally irrelevant. There is no option for submitting the documents online as well. On the first page of website there is nowhere written that its an consultancy, which is not at all acceptable. I need my refund.

                                        Paid money for duplicate pan card almost a month ago and received the documents also on 30/5/20 by them in speedpost. But still not sent the pan card instead asking lot of queries and delaying a lot. No telephone number was given to ask and it is a fraud company. Do not be trapped in this any more by any citizens.
                                        Request the police concerned to trap the people and ensure strict punishment to this fraud company.
                                        If they do not respond then there is no point in requesting them and no justice is being done by delhi government.
