I submitted online application and paid cash. But i can't download application. Further procedures stopped

Got an email from PAN India 3 days ago to say "Batch containing this physical application is not received yet. Verify with our UTIITSL office at the address to which you have posted/submitted this physical application set."
Please give me an update on email urgently.

I, Om Prakash S/o Shri Ram Surat, Date of Birth 01/07/1969 assistant teacher primary school Tungri Chaibasa residence C/o Jharkhandey Prasad Bara Nimdih New Colony Chaibasa West Singhbhum Jharkhand.

My pan number ALRPP8807C has been alloted to two different person whose Name, Father's name and Date Of Birth are same, and the other person belongs to Gorakhpur, U.P. My pan number has been linked with my Adhar number:[protected], and i have been paying my tax since 2005 offline and then find out about this matter about the alloted same Pan number to two different person 2016 when i paid my tax online. We both are paying tax from the same account. I had also registered a complaint regarding this issue on dated:- 05.01.2017 and 12.10.2020 to Income Tax Department Ward no. 3(4) Chaibasa, Jharkhand but no actions taken against this issue. I couldn't get any loan from bank due to my pan number issued because he has taken various types of loan from SBI Gorakhpur, UP.

I request you to kindly solve my above mentioned problems or allot the permission for issuing a new Pan card by unlinking my adhar card from this Pan Card ALRPP8807C

My daughter, Ashna Shahid has applied for PAN card on 12th October 2020. Her PAN card Communication No. is 2430023 and Invoice no. / Money receipt is also 2430023 (computer generated Online payment), Date of Invoice is 12 th October'2020.

Neither the PAN card has been dispatched Nor any communication has been made so far. However This Company has charged Rs 499/- (as Govt. fee = Rs 107/-, Convenience fee = Rs 332/- & IGST = Rs 60/-).

Please cancel this PAN application & refund the money to the bank account.

And this company customer service also not satisfactory, so I want to cancel my application and refund my charges are taken by the company as earliest as possible. I have applied for pan card to my wife with the name of sreekala d n paid amount of rs.500. now iam trying to reach them . They are not picking my call at all, tried more than 50times . Invoice from them on 13/08/20 . invoice no 2254255. Very disappointed with service

I have applied for my pan card more than 3 months ago. They barely reply. Even if they reply they simply tell that it's processing. I don't understand for how long they'll process a single pancard. All my works at pause due to their laziness. Also, I have read many reviews that they are fraud. I want my money to be refunded. Please look into the issue ASAP. I don't want 500rs to be wasted because of this useless company.

I have applied for pan card correction and charged for rs499 . Money got deduct from my account but it is showing failed payment at their end . I am unable to reach them. Kindly take some action . Its a big fraud . Bloody frauders. I will expose them all.

I would like to cancel my request for pan as their genunity is doubtful. Pl arrange for refund and prove ur genuity also.

Applied pan with this company parsh tax solutions. Their website says 7 days. It's more than a month. They made me run from pillar to post to submit various documents. Now they have not responded for more than 15 days again.. they have taken 500/- for this work and are unreasonably delaying.

I applied for the correction of dob in my father's pan card by uploading relevant documents. I also paid them rs. 499 as processing fee. It has been more than 3 months and i am yet to get any updates from them. I have tried several times via mail, their website, contact number but all in vain. I want the refund as i wnated my father's pan card on an urgent basis. But this is toal harrasment and loot.

I need to know the status of my pan application, i have been chasing from almost 6 months now, i have applied the pan card on 08th march 2020. I am yet to get my pan card.

I have applied new pan card for wife through apply pan india website. Only sent money, rs. 499. Also sent the hardcopy via dtdc to their office. Dtdc delivery date 14.09.2020.

But till now no update, no reply got. I have sent mail, but they asked me that hard copy not received.
