I applied for correction to pan details. The company kept asking for different forms. Finally they asked for Annexure A. Now after sending all the various forms and making the payment, now there is no reply from the company to calls or mails at all.

I would like a refund and a return of all the documents submitted. Or alternatively, the pan card as requested.

Dear Sir/Madam
My name is Sagnik Mandal and I applied for PAN card online through Parsh Tax Solutions LLP on 11th June 2017 and paid the amount online through debit card. They asked me to download a given pdf file and fill it again with my details, paste 2 passport size pictures and send it to them along with few other documents. I sent all the documents on 21st June via speed Post which was successfully delivered on 23rd June. They said it will take max. of 2 weeks but there's no contact from then since. I was not given any acknowledgement number which is mostly required to track down the pan card itself. All I was provided with is a communication number which has no use till date. My job application is stuck because of this. Please help me. I don't know whether this is a fraudulent activity or not.
I'd be High obliged if you could kindly help me by providing me the track id of my PAN card or finding out any solution that should I already apply somewhere else or not.

I am from mumbai . i had applied for pan card on applypanindia.com . after attaching all documents and 2 photographs i had posted it to parsh tax solutions llp. its been 15 days and there is no communication as of now . and they have charged ₹349 against ₹ 103 set by the government including taxes . please respond to the earliest or i will be forced to lodge a complaint with cyber crime cell.

I am rantinderjeet kaur. I filled the pan application on 17 march 17 to parsh tax solution online. My pan communication no is 699384. After that i sent the related documents by post. This application was available on sight of above company. And i have paid fees of this service rs. 299/- to parsh tax solution online. But i have not received pan card yet today. I had tries so many time to call on[protected]. But always busy.

Kindly look in to the matter.

Hi, i have applied new card application in the month of may'17. They did apply with my name wrongly that was printed as error name. They said that they will correct it after receive the pan card. Once i received error name printed card, they did not respond at all to my emails and phones to correct y name. Even i have not received any intimation about my mail reply. There are fraudulent service providers. Never respond to you... Be careful

I think they are cheating everyone. I applied for new pan card. And paid 400 includes everything online. Download the form sent them via courier. But ater 20 day's i haven't heard anything from them. When i tried to reach them over the phone it always busy. And don't expect any response there email.

I suggest don't use this website. There is government website. You can use https://tin.tin.nsdl.com/pan/.

Transaction id-772562. But there is no response from you. And also i cannot get the track no. Also. Pls send the track no for find the status of the pan.

If there is not possible to issue the pan, please refund the amount of rs.349/-

The application is under objection for address proof, please e-mail us an address proof. The ration card is not considered for address proof.

Dear sir,

I have applied application on[protected] for change of date of birth for pan card in the name of sunil kumar koulthrough online application of parsh tax solutions llp and paid a fee of inr 349 /- through credit card but no action is takan against my application. Even i have not received any intimation about my application status nor i have received pan card which i have applied for and phone no. Given is also not reachable.

We had applied for issue of fresh pancard in the name of devanshu gupta on 14.03.17 through this co. And paid rs.349/- to the co. But till date we have neither received pan card nor any communication from it. We tried number of time to contact the co. On [protected] but always a system generated voice the persons are busy with other customers and dial after some time.
Pl look into this aspect and get the needful expedited. Ssgupta

I had applied for duplicate pancard before 3 months ago. For that i had paid to apply pan india 375 rs which is more than usual amount.

This company seems fraud as it commits me every time something new.
I had submitted them documents before 24th feb 2017. But today even i am not getting my duplicate pan card.

If apply pan india is really a genuine company then
Let it to issue my pan card or otherwise i want refund.

I applied pancard online thru parsh tax solutions and they charge rs. 350/ [abnormal] and if apply direct thru it its only rs. 150/ max.
Next still, its month over, i did not get my pan card. Even though utiitsl alloted pan #, 2 weeks back when checked online. Still their telephone[protected] is always busy or no one else picking up.. It dept to black list this agent.

Had applied for Pan card on 15th April and Made online payment of Rs.349. The Online application Pan communication no given was 771272.
Had sent all relevant documents by Courier on 18th April by Blue Dart POD no:

The Helpline no given[protected] in the website doesn't work at all and online tracking mechanism also doesn't work.

Looks like an organized fraud would never recommend any one to apply with Parsh.

I applied for pan card online through Parsh Tax Solutions LLP and made payment. Since then they are not answering call and neither replying on mails. They also charged heavily for amount 350 though pan card application charges fixed by government are 103 only that too including tax.

I think it's a scam or phishing website. I appears top on google search however they are providing fake services.

On 24 jan 2017, i have applied for (Pan) applied through parsh tax solutions llp website https://www.applypanindia.in/apply-online-for-pan-card.php as if today the card is not delivered.

My pan communication id is 568201.

I have already mailed those company people regarding - why their is delay in application etc.. After frequent mails... Their response is "sorry for delay, you will be updated shortly".

So it is my request kind resolve my issue as my sister is unable to link her pan card with aadhaar card due to this gender issue.
