Had applied pan card 3 weeks back with all the required documents, but unnecessary they are dragging for more documents, looks like a bunch of cheaters are sitting.

Is aadhaar card is not valid for id and address proof? They are quoting saying initials are not considered as valid document, when i requested for explanation there is no response.

Its a clear case of Fraudulent. Plz take ncessary action ASAP. It is going on from long time as i can see. Plz put this company down from the market as well as their website should be blocked. There should not be this kind of Fraud going on for such an important document.

I had applied for my mom's pancard for an urgent pension application - all these guys know is to write 'We will get back to you shortly' and their shortly is only 45 days/ too short isnt it?

I have sent pan application on 6 jan 17 to parsh tax solution llp by speed post. It was received by parsh tax solution on 9 jan 17. This application was available on sight of above company. And i have paid fees of this service rs. 299/- to parsh tax solution online on 30 dec 16. But i have not received pan card yet today. I have made complaint on given phone no on 24 jan 17. They said that it would take 8 days to receive pan card. From that day i have made so many calls on this no. But it is always engaged. Pan card is most important for me to file in bank. So i request you to look in to the matter. Otherwise i have forced file criminal complaint against parsh tax solution.

We never offered to make pan card online. We have defined process on website that you need to make an online application first and then send us hard copy of application with photo, signature and documents. Government have their own protocol and we need to work within that. Amount will never be automatically deducted unless someone pay. We have clearly mentioned that we are not government organisation. On 7th january i visited the site applypanindia.in for pan card i filled all the details in that process then a page came where i have to make online payment from debit card for pan card and i did, that amount 299 was debited from my account and from that page suddenly that page disappeared and i didn't got any confirmation nor even i got the acknowledgment slip i mailed them for 4 - 5 times but i did not got any response from them it was very urgent for me to apply for pan card and yesterday i went to pan card office and applied for it by paying them 110 and this company is not returning my money even i have the transaction id s96465553 by payu please help me out to get my money back

Good morning,

Yesterday, i was wondering for pan card issue for my spouse and so, i had made a quick search for pan card issuing government website namely "http://www.applypanindia.in/". Under this website i had started to fill up the informations and as i was in office, i thought that once i registered my self, i will pay online later on as because i was in office. But as i mentioned, i was in office and due to little bit of hurry, i had paid the amount through online payment method.

After successful payment, i had found that the website had charged me 299.00 inr rupees for issuing "pan card". Now i felt that amount is too big in comparison to government own website. So, i thought to withdraw my self from issuing "pan card" from this company and for this, i had mailed them on yesterday about to refund my money as i want to quit my self from issuing "pan card".

But till today there's no response from this company and so, i have mailed them again with some brief informations about the payment transaction id, communication id.

Finally i have decided to register online complaint against this company and now i'm going to do it. Please check the below details about my online transaction and about the company as well. Even though company had not updated its current contact address on website too.

After registering an online complaint I had also informed the company for the same and below is the conversations that we had did till today. They had just refunded 107.00 INR though the actual amount was 299.00 INR which is the actual reason to cancel the application.
