I have applied for pan card online from applypanindia.in.
Filled al pb the required details and asked me to pay 499inr.

After making the payment they sent me an form with remark kindly attached 2 photos and courier to given address.

This information was not given to me upfront.

If someone has time to courier the form why they would go online to apply.

And when i asked for refund and cancellation of my request they denied to refund.

I applied for the pan card through there online website but there is no contact details in there website and they are not responding to my complaints. I would like you to look into the matter. I want the refund of money i paid but they aren't responding. The invoice no. - 1630951 is shown. There are similar complaints about this company, i would request you to look into this matter as soon as possible.

I applied online for PAN card on 15/11/2019 Pan communication no. Is 1608112.
They received the hard copy which i send through speedpost on 19/11/2019.

Sir, they are now refusing to make pan card as i do not have any dob proof of my mother.

Sir they didn't provide the details of documents at the time of submitting the online application.
Since they had not provide any service to me I requested them to reimburse my amount of fee i.e. Rs. 499/- taken by PAN india however govt. Fee for pan card is just Rs. 107/-.

They not even provide any contact details but they are doing their promotion everywhere and making people fool.

I keep requesting to provide their contact details but they are not replying even through mail.

I had done a payment of ₹500 to the parsh tax solutions llp on 15th november 2019.
I asked for a refund and they wouldn't refund me the full amount, the only amount that can be refunded was ₹107 which is too less compared to what i payed for my pan card.
I tried to get in touch via call and also mail they wouldn't respond soon and wouldn't even initiate my refund. I would like a full refund or atleast 50% or more than it because there aren't any necessary charges for them to not refund my money.

Hi i am amit bangar. Yesterday, i was wondering for pan card correction for my spouse and so, i had made a quick search for pan card name change/correction government website namely "http://www.applypanindia.in/". Under this website i had started to fill up the informations and as i was in office, i thought that once i registered my self, i will pay online later on as because i was in office. But as i mentioned, i was in office and due to little bit of hurry, i had paid the amount through online payment method.

After successful payment, i had found that the website had charged me 499.00 inr rupees for correction "pan card". Now i felt that amount is too big in comparison to government own website. So, i thought to withdraw my self from issuing "pan card" from this company and for this, i had mailed them on yesterday about to refund my money as i want to quit my self from coreection in "pan card".

But till today there's no response from this company and so, i have mailed them again with some brief informations about the payment transaction id, communication id.

Finally i have decided to register online complaint against this company and now i'm going to do it. Please check the below details about my online transaction and about the company as well. Even though company had not updated its current contact address on website too.

This organization parsh tax solutions llp is the biggest scammer see they are saying that they assist customers in applying pan card but they have charged me for rs.500 for the # filled form.
They didn't asked to upload documents i thought they are charging 500 might be they will apply our request and send their employees for documentation but they are big fraud

Simply i filled details and payment option appeared and after payment they given my the digital form for rupees 500 now their request is to courier the duly signed documents to their address...

Applypanindia one of the fraudsters easily trapping customer those are searching help in pan card related enquiries on google. By procedure of nsdl pan card filling forms available at free of cost, have to just fill up, sign it, paste photos etc. Send to nsdl. Fees only rs.107/- but these applypanindia/parsh tax solutions llp are charging rs.499/-. Govt should take actions to stop such bogus /fraudsters those are just like thives running by fake agents.

I am a 57yrs old government servant and had applied for name (Last name spelling) correction in my pan card online through parsh tax solutions on 26th july, 2019. I had provided them with the necessary documents along with a fee of rs.500/-. But, unfortunately, there has been no progress on this matter since. Now it has been nearly 2months and the application is still pending. They have not been giving me any updates on the status of the application. I had been constantly emailing them but there is no positive response as thy keep asking for the aadhar card. I cant even apply again as it will be counted as duplication.
It is very difficuilt for me to undergo such unprofessionalism and fraudulent behaviour of the company in such a small issue of spelling correction.
I request you to kindly take strict action against them.
If required, i will share the emails with you.

I have initiated my pan updation with this company & paid for the same about 4 months before since now there is no progress in this regard.
Tried to reach them via e-mail, phone & customer support but so far not resolved my grievance.

I would like to share my experience with this company, suggesting others do not process any such transaction with this agency.

I had applied for pan through www.applypanindia.com on 11th july 2019 and had paid ₹499 but since then they haven't intimated me about any recent developments and are asking for some useless id proofs which i have already attached with the courier i had sent them. The amount they've charged is huge and i demand them to refund the full amount as soon as possible or to get me my pan card before 20th august 2019

Online through www.applypanindia.in message of successfully received by www.applypanindia.in is also received in my mobile. Thereafter necessary documents were also sent through regd. Ad post at your delhi address. My payment rs 499/- is also made through online bank your invoice no. 1448844 dtd 29 may 2019. Now almost upto 2 months are over but no information is received from you thorough email id or normal messages

Thereafter necessary documents were also sent through Regd. AD post at your Delhi address but I haven't got any reply from company or post.please take action against them and refund my amount or process my pan...

I applied for a duplicate pan card at www.applypanidia.com. four days have past, there is no reference number. None of the phone numbers are reachable. After multiple mails to them and asking them to return my application packet, i got a reply saying the application is in process. No reference number yet. The are very unprofessional and may potentially misuse my information. I've written to cops and now i would be filing an fir against them to recover my documents and fees.

A piece of advice to everyone: use the government website and not fall prey to such sites and services.

They are not replying about my pan card status.Even they are not picking my calls. i had paid them 500 rupees as a fee . I had applied for DOB change in my pan card so they asked me to pay 500 rupees so i paid 500 rupees online . But since last so many days they are not replying me any information. They dont have any other way to contact them . Please give me justice.

I apply for new pan card from the app Easy to Apply Pan Card from NTSS Ptd Ltd and it's website is www.applypanindia.in . I paid for new pan card 499 Rs.
After three month I didn't receive my Pan card. When I applied for new pan card they send me a communication I'd 1409690 in my massage box.
Is that company is fraud or fake. If the company is really fraud then everyone aware from easy to apply pan card app.

I have applied for pan car on 28/05/2018 but there is no response regarding the card till date. The company phone number([protected]) is not been picked up. They have charged me Rs 350 more than the amount of original pan card application form. Its been a long time since i have made the payment. Please try to reslove it as soon as possible.

I applied for my mother's pan card but after seeing very terrible reviews about the company I cancelled my request for new pan card application. They charged 500 RS for a new pan card while the government fees is just 104 RS .

I have been trying to connect with them for a long time on their email but I have not received any response from them.
It is a fake company which is fooling the consumers by taking their money and not providing the pan card . The website also doesn't provide any support number where you can call and ask for clarification.

I want my money to be refunded back and the website to be shut down immediately so that no more consumers are fooled by them

I wanted to apply for minor pan card and this was the first link i got on google search. As i completed filling in the application form for pan card, process did not happen properly. After i finished payment, i did not get acknowledgement or application which i have to print, sign and submit. Rs 499 deducted from my a/c.
