[Resolved] Apps You Need — Unrepaired phone delivered after 20 days of pickup | |||||
CIN No: Phone damage date: 3/1/2017 Claim approval date: 8/1/2017 I provided all the documents as asked by you to provide so as to process the claim and repair my phone Samsung S7 edge. I got the approval for my damaged phone on 8 January 2017 and my phone was picked up on the 10 January 2017. But it has been delivered to me in unrepaired condition after 20 days on February 1, 2017. Why? During the time I repeatedly sent reminders and asked as to how long will it take for my phone to get repaired. I even called the customer care number where the agents did not pay any heed instead cut the call. Also sometimes they even told me to lodge the complaint on the website. I even did that but all my complaints are showing PENDING status there. Even the repair and delivery section on the website is blank. Is this the way the website and company function and handles the customer's complaints? I am feeling cheated as I paid my hard earned money to you as the insurance money and to assure myself of the fact that any damage or the loss will be taken care of, and that my mobile handset is in safe hands. But that my phone has returned in unrepaired condition after 20 days the scenario is highly intolerable.
