[Resolved]  Apps You Need — Unrepaired phone delivered after 20 days of pickup

I provided all the documents as asked by you to provide so as to process the claim and repair my phone Samsung S7 edge. I got the approval for my damaged phone on 8 January 2017 and my phone was picked up on the 10 January 2017. But it has been delivered to me in unrepaired condition after 20 days on February 1, 2017. Why?
During the time I repeatedly sent reminders and asked as to how long will it take for my phone to get repaired. I even called the customer care number where the agents did not pay any heed instead cut the call. Also sometimes they even told me to lodge the complaint on the website. I even did that but all my complaints are showing PENDING status there. Even the repair and delivery section on the website is blank. Is this the way the website and company function and handles the customer's complaints?
I am feeling cheated as I paid my hard earned money to you as the insurance money and to assure myself of the fact that any damage or the loss will be taken care of, and that my mobile handset is in safe hands. But that my phone has returned in unrepaired condition after 20 days the scenario is highly intolerable.
Kindly tell me as to what next should I expect from your end in regard to my unrepaired but completely insured phone?

Dear sir/madam

Kindly tell me for how long will I have to go through the trouble of writing to you to in regards to my unrepaired phone? From your end, my claim is approved and you yourself have confirmed that you will send me the cheque of 40% of my invoice bill. Then why have you send me the cheque with only 35% of the invoice bill?
You are not standing true to your own commitments and have sent the cheque that is dated 1 month late i.e. 7 march. I simply asked to you to get the phone repaired under the insurance policy on 3rd January 2017 and now you have sent the cheque dated for March month.
If I would have known that getting my phone insured from your company will cost me so much I wouldn't have done it in the first place.
I just want you to send me the cheque with 40% of my invoice bill and that too dated within this month.
