AskMeGrocery is one of the worst Online Portal for Grocery.

My account was debited for more than Rs. 2000 but order was not confirmed. The debit was done on 25th April and the refund is still awaited.

Also since the above order was not confirmed on 25th April I had placed another order since I wanted food items on urgent basis. I had ordered goods of more that Rs. 2500 but was delivered goods worth Rs. 1800 only and was told that the balance amount will be refunded. Till date the amount has not been refunded.

Called Customer Service [protected]. One of the worst Operators I have come across, very laid back and one thing has to be told to the operator 10 times and the best thing they can do is just transfer calls and all the customer can do is keep on repeating his/her issue with no result.

Even if you log a ticket an auto acknowledgement is sent to the customer stating " We hope that the ticket was resolved to your satisfaction. If you feel that the ticket should not be closed or if the ticket has not been resolved, please reply to this email. " At least maintain a standard o[censored]pdating the customer on the status of ticket instead of sending Auto Messages

Another area where the service is miserable - The Customer does not receive any calls form the AskMe Operators updating the customer on the status of the issue.

Dear Sunil, We are apologetic for the inconvenience caused to you. We would request you to please raise your concern @ support.askme.grocery.com, so that we can take corrective action on same and can give you the resolution.
I have raised ticket twice and the tickets have been closed by your team without resolution. It is high time your team wakes up and take action. It has been more than 10 days and I have not yet been refunded. Also the products you deliver is not sealed and the packing is open. Ticket ref. is 9660 & 9661. Also take the trouble of calling the customer rather than sending one liners. In providing customer service your team is lagging and you are just not in the race.

Forgot to mention lazy and shameless team...

What the hell is happening. Your team is the worst I have come across. You said as per your policy you need 10 days to refund. Where is my money. Do you need years to resolve my case. Regret using your portal. Stop sending sorry messages, it is so irritating. Have some shame and at least work on the customer's request. At least show some courtesy of calling up the customer.

One of the worst organisation I have come across. The company knows how to harass a customer. It has been more than 2 months and I have still not received my refund.
Fraud has a new name - AskMeGrocery
AskMeGrocery is the best Synonym to Fraud.

No call backs on customer queries, no response on emails and no updates on tickets raised. I believe it a Ghost Company.

It is a virtual company with no existence I guess but comes to life when customer is to be cheated and then vanishes in thin air.

The company's only agenda is to fool customers.

    I have placed a grocery order on 7-apr-2016 and prepaid it using mobikwik wallet. My order id is ag[protected]. They have confirmed it on next day. But on 9th apr, they have cancelled my order due to non-availability of products at their end. I have requested them to refund my money. They assured me that they have initiated refund and refund id:[protected]. But 13 days has passed, i have not got my refund in mobikwik wallet. They keep resolving ticket every time always give me assurance that it would be refunded within 7-10 days. My ticket id is: #8475 in ask me grocery.
    Please take necessary action to refund my money as soon as possible.

    AskMeGrocery has updated their support ticket with new Refund ID. I have checked my mobikwik wallet and see the reflection of the refunded amount. My advice is never give up. Open support ticket even if they have close it without resolving the issue. If needed call to their support no provided on website. Post in this site consumercomplaints.in. They will take care of your complaints. Post on the facebook/twitter page of AskMeGrocery. Fight for your rights in every social media and online resolution sites. Believe me this will work.

        Sir,
        I had placed my order on the 29th of march, 2016, and have not yet received the goods even after some 20 days. I have been placing complaints everyday ever since then twice a day and the call centre executive does nothing but forward the complaint to the concerned department. I've even had talked with senior executives, puneet soni and others who does nothing but give false commitments of resolving the issue in 4 hrs every time i talk to him.
        Request you to resolve the issue asap or i'll have no other option but to place a complaint at the consumer forum as the payment for the said order has already been made.

                I ordered a few things worth 1007rs. but they did not deliver.
                that is not much of a complaint thing

                What i really want to complaint about is they behavior and dealing the order. i called there customer care at [protected] every time they put my call on hold for like 5 6 mints and cut it afterwards ...every time they cost me around 7 8 rs...i am sick of this i mean i[censored] dont want to resolve the issue then just cut right away...why putting call on hold for a long period and cut it without saying anything...its harassing and very very disappointing, please look into the customer support with is very unfriendly and nonoperative.

                P.S i still didnt receive the goods.

                    its delivery time was within 4-6 hours..but i have not received any items.
                    after 6 hours i complaint to their customer care.they said to wait for 1 hour, they will call back, but i havenot received any call, after 4 after, i again talked and again raised a complaint. they said we will deliver your products by tomoroow 12pm.
                    Next day after 1pm i again called, they said to wait for 1 hour..

                      I had ordered today for an amount of 906.50.(Order no ag[protected]l_p_1232836) money deducted for my mobikwik account with order/transaction id# ag[protected]l_p_1232836. I didnot get any confirmation from askmegrocery. I called customer care twice and also raised ticket with id #6587, but didnot get any reply. It is very worst type of service.
                      It seems they are fraud company, worst kind of first time experience.

                        I had odered few items on 3/3/16. Registered mob no is [protected].
                        I had to get a refund of rs 532.00, still today i havent received it. I had also complained abt the same on 4/3/16. Still now no reply or action taken on it. Today when i call to ask the details they tell is refunded to my account. There is no such amount reflected in my credit card account( balance sheet) from ack me grocery.

                          Dear Sir,

                          I had placed an order on the 29th of February 2016 (in Ejipura, Bangalore, Karnataka, India) and had received 'due - to' expired product (Milky Mist Ghee - expiring after 10 days of my purchase) and one open-seal product (Dabur Honey).

                          As any customer would do, I called up the customer-care of Ask Me Grocery and lodged a complaint on the 1st of March for the return of the products, i was then promised a 3 day return and hence i called back the customer care on the 4th of March when nobody turned up (and neither did they bother to call and take a feedback).

                          On this day (4th of March) when i called the customer care again, they told me that no complaint had been lodged yet! Hence this time, I made sure that I do receive the complaint No. (which is[protected] this is for the Milky Mist Ghee - now expired product; and[protected] Dabur Honey - open-seal product). They again gave me a 3 day timeline for the return of the product.

                          However, no one turned up again! Hence I again gave a call on 8th/9th of March and then again on 14th March - all this time we were only given timelines and were being said "sorry"! Now, that they finally promised that we will at least get a call from the "Back-end Team" or "Concern" team within 24 hours, I waited and waited. Again, to add to my frustration, no body bothered to even give a call - hence, I again called after 28 hours and requested to be connected with the Floor Supervisor - Mr. Vaibhav - within the Customer Care center, who again committed and tried to assure that they have escalated the issue (please note here, that the issue had already been escalated twice before he again tried to assure me of this!) and that the "back-end team" shall revert within 24 hours and then will initiate refund. I again put my faith and waited - however, nothing happened and I couldn't bear it anymore! Yet, I called again on the 16th of March again in the evening - and to my utter disappointment, the revert from the Ask Me Grocery Customer Care executives as well as supervisors was all the same as before!

                          Finally, I called again today - the 18th of March 2016 - and still the issue was pending and I was assured of it being escalated! This time I spoke to two people - (Mr. Rahul - the Supervisor and Mr. Sagar - the Executive) none of who were able to resolve the issue and Mr. Rahul was not even allowing me to talk to his supervisor!

                          I could bear no more and hence - I am raising this concern with the Ask Me Grocery on this Consumer Forum. I beg you to please raise this as high as possible and get us some justice on the mental torture Ask Me Grocery has hammered us with.

                            I'm receiving plenty of SMSs from Ask Me Grocery with different offers. It is around 25-30 times a day. My request, Can you please inform them to stop sending any SMSs in my cell phone number: +91 [protected] from Ask Me Grocery? If I have ever subscribed then please ask them unsubscribed me. I have tried from their website and cannot see any option to unsubscribe SMS.

                            This is ridiculous. I thought I am the only one facing this problem from askme. They don't even respond to support tickets. They send me 15-20 promotional messages everyday with same content, what is the point in sending same message again and again.

                              Placed an order on 11th at 8 pm. Receive a message on 12th at 6 pm order has been cancelled for non availability. The lady (Akshita-please check who spoke with me) says she can't do anything and no use calling for this.

                              If i had such an employee i would fire that person that moment.

                              Anyways, askmegrocery please stop doing all this nonsense activities> taking orders and money and then fooling people.

                              Our indian companies really need to learn from the likes of amazon. You will never live to grow by frauding customers.

                                I called them 9 times regarding order but they said u will get your order soon and still im waiting previously also they cancelled my order with out any reason.Company doing fraud and tacking customer detail

                                  I purchased products worth Rs 228. In the payment page I gave my credit card details. After that the gateway page came I gave the OTP and then as soon as I clicked submit it showed your session has been timed out go back to check out page. I clicked the option 'go back to check out page', a blank page came and nothing else. Now, after 2 hrs I am receiving sms from my bank that my money has been deducted. But I have not received any order number or my products as well!

                                  I called up your help line number [protected] three times. Every time one of your representative picked up the call and heard about my problem and disconnected the call.

                                  In this situation, I would definitely judge your organisation as scam if I don't get back my money in 3 working days. And I would be forced to lodge a file against you in consumer forum court.

                                    Hi Team,

                                    I ordered some grocery on 28th February from askmegrocery.com (order no AMBAL[protected]. I would told that Monday is a holiday and we will deliver the products on Tuesday in 4-6 hours starting from 9am. So ideally my product should have been delivered by 3pm however they were delivered at 5.30pm.

                                    Secondly, I ordered a Nescafe coffee jar of 100 gms (which has a scheme of a coffee mug free), however, I was provided 2 coffee packets of 50gms each without the scheme and also they were 6 months old stock. When I asked the delivery boy to either replace this product with the 100gms jar or refund my money for this product, he denied both the options. He told me to call the customer care and check with them. When I called, the executive told me to keep the product with myself and he would arrange a call from askmegrocery in 24 hours to solve my problem.

                                    Next day I got the call from the executive and he told me he cannot do anything with it as I did not return the product at that time only. I told him about the entire thing that the delivery boy was not accepting anything and how the customer executive person told me to keep the product. He replied that the customer executive does not know anything and he cannot do anything now. Then he transferred my call to Floor Supervisor, Mr Inderjeet Singh and he also told the same thing that the customer executive is providing false information to customers. (I have the voice recording of this entire call). However, he told me that he would look into the matter and would provide the solution in the next 3 days.

                                    However it’s almost a week now and I haven’t received any call. This shows the how askmegrocery is cheating the customer by providing old products to them and the customer care department is misguiding the customers.

                                      I had ordered on 20th of FEB for an amount of 2468.(Order no AMBAL[protected] Money deducted for my MOBIKWIK account with order/transaction id# AMBBAL310662L_P_95515. Next day I was informed that due to insufficient stock order cannot be fulfilled. And the money shall be refunded in 7-10 working days. First seven days money did not come. I raised ticket no 2803 with them. Within one day the ticket was closed saying, in due course you will receive your money without even giving me a choice if I am satisfied with the solution. Today is 3rd of March and I have still not received the refund.Their call center as well as online reply team has just one thing to say, (Please wait for 2-4 working days). Both the teams just keep asking more time or tell that the refund has been initiated already. Although no credit appears in Mobikwik account. The biggest surprise is after they say that they have initaited the transfer they then ask me the sourse from which I have paid. If they do not know that how can they be sure about the refund? Kindly look into this as its been quite some time and well over their promised date of refund.

                                        My Order no: AMBAL[protected] placed today (29 Feb 2016) got auto cancelled.
                                        I received a SMS stating cancellation, immediately I call up their customer care number.
                                        Initially an executive picked the call and said that I didn't pick up confirmation call. But I didn't get any calls which i informed her.
                                        She put the call on hold for a while, then she said the products are out of stock.
                                        I thought no use talking to her, so asked her to put the call to superior.
                                        Then the call was transferred to Ms Uma, she also says 7 times your people called me (but its absolute faking). I said Ms UMA that I have called you immediately after seeing the cancellation SMS and requested her to kindly revive the order and supply it.
                                        ButsShe refused to reactivate the order and supply it and she says me to place an order again.
                                        Its absolutely unfair practice.
                                        Later I raised a complaint ticket via their online portal (ticket number# 3881) after which I got a mail stating orders confirmed and their people will call but then no one called me.
                                        I would like to buy the product if they immediately take up the issue and resolve it.
                                        Otherwise kindly guide me how to legally take it up.
                                        Because these people literally ruined my entire day productive time and created lot of mental agony.
